Sono dispiaciuta del fatto che in meno di un anno dall'acquisto la piastra, dal valore di circa 600€, mi abbia dato 2 problemi: si è spellata la guaina in plastica del cavo elettrico appena dopo l'uscita dalla piastra, creando una situazione di pericolo visto che i fili sono rimasti scoperti e subito dopo ha smesso di funzionare. Il prodotto è molto valido, sono soddisfatta del risultato sui capelli ma la cosa che non mi soddisfa è la scelta del materiale impiegato per la realizzazione della piastra; prevedo che tra un anno si ripeterà lo stesso danno al cavo. Peccato per questa pecca. L'assistenza ha funzionato ed è stata celere nella sostituzione con una nuova piastra ma c'è da dire che, anche se l'avaria si è verificata a meno di un anno dall'acquisto, ho dovuto comunque pagare 25,00 € a Golden Curl + la spedizione della piastra danneggiata. Si potrebbero migliorare questi aspetti.

Got it on the huishoudbeurs, they did my hair and explained how to use it. My hair is really thick and curls never stayed but with this it did. So the product is really worth it. You can only set it on and off not change the température. It does work really good so im happy

La piastra e’ stupenda … unica .. non ho mai avuto capelli così belli .. l azienda è molto seria . Quando la mia prima piastra si è rotta’ mi hanno inviato nel giro di pochissimo tempo una nuova piastra . Liscia molto bene i capelli .

Servizio celere ed efficiente. Ho attivato la garanzia con 20€, spedito la piastra non funzionante, e ho ricevuto in meno di una settimana la piastra nuova di zecca!!

After one and half year of using my straigthener stopped working. I wrote with the Support and they told me How to activate my guarantee. A few days later I had a completely New Set with straigthener at home in the same nice pink color. Thank you so much!

War nach einigen Jahren mit dem Glätt Ergebnis meines Golden Curls Glätteisen nicht mehr zufrieden. Kontaktierte den Kundenservice bzgl. Garantie. Prompt wurde sich um mein Anliegen gekümmert, ich konnte das Gerät einschicken und bekam gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis ein neues Gerät. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Golden Curl und kann ihn nur empfehlen. Desweiteren möchte ich den überaus freundlichen und engagierten Kundenservice loben. Ich hab mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das erlebt man ja leider heutzutage nicht allzu oft. Ein großes Lob und Dank an Hatice :) Weiter so!

Ne se préoccupe que de l'encaissement de l'argent et ne s'intéresse absolument pas au client. Produits jamais arrivés, j’ai essayé de les joindre laisser des mails pas de retour. Lorsque j’ai fait une demande de remboursement bizarrement quelqu’un pour me répondre que bien évidemment c’est impossible

The brush doesnt hurt my head when my hair is knotted and it doesnt make my hair frizzy after use like other brushes.
