Super Produkte😍 Ich benutze seit 2019 das Golden Curl Luxury Set und bin mit der Qualität der Produkten und dem Kundenservice sehr zu frieden. Ich hatte vor kurzem ein Problem mit dem Lockenstab und die liebe Hatice hat sehr schnell und ohne Probleme mein Anliegen Bearbeit. Zu meinen Haaren: Ich habe sehr feines Haar, aber die locken halten sehr gut mit dem Lockenstab. Golden Curl kann ich von Herzen weiterempfehlen ♥️

I am very satisfied with the service. I bought the skate 4 and a half years ago and it started having problems with the heating recently. I contacted customer service and they helped me with the warranty. Their manager in Israel delivered the hair straightener to me quickly!

I had a problem with my golden curl curling iron and Hatice was really kind and helped me through the whole warranty process. After I payed a small fee to activate my warranty, it only took 2 days (returning the old product and receiving the new one) and I received a brand new curling iron which is amazing. Thanks to Hatice for the amazing customer service :) 5 out of 5⭐️

Having waited a while for reasons out of there control I have now been advised that I can have a product sent out to me under warranty. Happy.

That’s my favourite curler. My curler stopped working and they sent me a new replacement for £21 straight away.

My old straighteners broke. The customer service i recueved was fabulous, so kind and understanding and told me how to activate my warranty and claim a replacement, step by step. As soon as I shown proof of return, they sent out a replacement and it came within a few days. Now using my new pair and they are brilliant. They glide theough my hair, leaving it so soft and so straight. Was even still straight the next day!! 💯 💯 💯

Excellent customer service and communication. I had to activate my warranty to retun a product and the customer service team were amazing and really helpful.

I bought a straightner at a convention in Amsterdam after the stylist agressively convinced me to. The stylist did not used any protection spray and max heating settings. At the time beautifull shiny curls occured, but the next day my hair was dried out and burned at some places. Also the stylist told it was ionic, but its not! Twice contacted the contact form on the website without any reaction. After that tried the email adres, because i want to return te straightner i bought. They keep saying returning is not possible and they want to send haircare. But haircare is not going to work on damaged and burned hair, i needed a cut at the salon and now i am stuck with a brand new product which i am not gonna use because i am scared of using before it damage my hair even more as the stylist did!

So helpful when my old Golden Curls went wrong. Wasn't sure of the process, they went through it step by step and were so kind and even threw in a free Golden Curl comb as I didn't understand what needed to be sent back and I sent the comb back. After posting out my product within the week I had recieved a brand new pair. These straighteners are the best I've ever had, even up against the popular brand GHD which I've had for years.fantastic company, will endeavour to shop here again and again. Thanks for all your help and support

Das Glätteisen war super, hat nach 4 Monaten leider einfach nicht mehr funktioniert, ging einfach nicht mehr an. Da eine Garantie von 5 Jahren besteht hatte ich Anspruch auf ein neues Gerät. Das hat alles super geklappt. Toller Kundenservice und schneller Austausch.
