Je rejoins les avis négatifs ! Après les éloges d’une influ sur ce lisseur j’ai fini par le prendre… mais quelle déception ! Le lisseur ne casse pas trois pattes à un canard ! Met du temps à chauffer et chauffe très mal ! Abîme le cheveu ! Il est aussi efficace que mon lisseur pris à 50€ chez Darty. Un conseil n’investissez pas sur ce produit il n’en vaut absolument pas la peine !!!!?

Habe mir von golden Curl ein Glätteisen gekauft, das nach 4 Jahren einen Wackelkontakt im Kabel hatte. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Glätteisen! Habe dann durch die Garantie ein komplett neues ohne Probleme zugesendet bekommen! Alle waren sehr freundlich und alles verlief sehr schnell! Bin sehr happy mit meinem neuen Glätteisen und werde treuer Kunde bei Golden Curl bleiben!

I still haven't received my order. I have contacted Golden Curl via the website. I haven't had a reply yet. I'm really disappointed because I love their products and haven't had issues with them before. I'm disappointed I've had to leave an unhappy review. Delivery was originally for the 29th of November, but now there is no date available on tracking.

Good customer service when my device wasn't working.

The best company by far!! I bought my first Golden Curl iron in 2018!! Since then I only use "Golden Curl"!! It's always worked amazing, giving me the best straight/curly/wavy hair I've ever had! That's why I decided to try a curling iron too !! So, I bought "The Gyro 2.0 - Infrared Curler (32mm)" but unfortunately it was too big to handle for my short hair. However, the company suggested that I replace it with another curler (of my choice!!) so that I can easily style my hair and not be disappointed. So thankful for Hatice for serving me more than well!! In 3 days I received my new curler! In addition, I am really impressed by the great interest they show in terms of their customer service! Really excellent service! Quick response and efficient! They even wrote me to make sure the new product was arrived and was working properly. Nowadays, is not that usual to find such good companies. I truly recommend their products and services! 200% satisfied! :-) Thank you Golden Curl!
