My wife suddenly had problems with accessing her email. Our ISP verified the problem was not at their end and while they talked me through changes to Outlook settings, the changes refused to save or take effect. During that process my wife lost her login capability. Michael, the technician, was incredibly helpful and effective. I have had cause to use Geeks2U on multiple occasions and my problem has always been resolved. The technicians are always on time (or in today's case was even able to come earlier) and have been able to come as soon as I have needed - this inspires a lot of confidence, loyalty, and appreciation. They also take the time and have the patience to explain to me what they are doing and I find my own knowledge and capabilities improve each time I need their services.

I highly recommend Geeks2U. From the first phone call to the actual technician visit they were very friendly and accommodating. Neither Ishannee (took my call) nor Sal (technician) were rushed or pressured in their delivery. They let me ask questions and appropriately answered. No one tried to sell me anything. Sal arrived on time. He was very professional in my home and answered all my questions with a calm knowledgeable manner. He also made sure that I understood what he was doing and saying. He took the time to go into detail about how best to use my machine. He also took the time to show me how to use the bootable back up usb which he made for me. Sal was very transparent with time remaining and billing. He showed me how much time I had left before extra billing came into effect which I very much appreciated. I recommend Geeks2U as they are affordable, knowledgeable and operate with integrity.

The tech is on time, and if your problem is solved within the hour he can give advice or tweak existing settings if required or even give a mini tutorial on a peripheral IT issue you may have. Basically, your time isn't wasted at all.
