On time, respectful and mindful of current Covid situation, clear explanation of what was happening with my PC and printer. Checked in with me prior to leaving and I felt reassured by his service and knowledge.
The service is excellent - right from the very first contact. Using them is fast, simple and easy. The technician (Shehan) arrived on time, was courteous and polite and tried his best to fix my problem - to do with blue tooth. He couldn't actually make it work either which only confirmed that I do have a problem He recommended actions for me to take and advised on the best way to do it. All in just 1 hour. I was very happy with that and would book again if needed.
