Michael was punctual and proffesional and when the investigation proved to be that the PC was basically Dead, Michael offered solutions and assistance in organising a new Computer and a transfer of all our important emails and files. Michael rang on numerous occasions to give me progress reports with the new computers ETA and other info which was very apprecaited. Today one of the Gooks2u came to help me out. Initially with with a new Modem and then with three other things, my TV, my PC and my mobile phone. After he'd gone I felt like a load had been lifted off me. The guy was brilliant!
