Needed a computer built from various parts ordered online. Matthew arrived on time and did a great job getting it all put together. Very happy.

My first call to Geeks2U was made just after 7am, because I needed our laptop sorted before 6pm that arvo..first appointment for 11am was cancelled (unforeseen stuff) so another appointment was made for 3-4pm that arvo..Calvin our technician arrived, was friendly, efficient and explained and answered our questions in an easy to understand manner. Job was done, all good within good timing..That's how we roll..we would be happy to use Geeks2U again, and if possible Calvin..Thanks

I was at a loss as to what made me lose my internet connection and beyond frustration that I couldn't print anything. I would definitely use Geeks2U service again, the practicality of having them come to your house, repair the device all whilst your there is incredibly handy. The service technician Omar was very professional and a credit to the company, highly recommend.

Dan from Geeks 2U arrived on time, listened to my basic understanding of what was happening with internet connection on my PC, and immediately identified my problem. He was able to correct it with another cable, and my problem was solved. He also tutored me on freezing panes with XL. Couldn't be happier.
