Rhys was patient, respectful and was able to assist in explaining what I didn't understand and make the changes necessary to my computers.

Despite having a Geeks2U technician, Mitesh, booked ahead a few days, he has just rung to say that he cannot come at the time scheduled. He can come now, 3 hours early, or not at all. No apology. And a curt phone call. Disappointing and upsetting.

The phone booking staff member and the technician were both very professional, friendly and helpful. My original appointment needed to be changed due to the tech being delayed on an earlier job. This was done quickly and without fuss. Tech who arrived (Dylan) was knowledgeable and obliging. Our issue was resolved satisfactorily. Thank you.

The company was really flexible with the bookings - I had to change mine at short notice due to unforeseen matters. Chris, the Tech, was outstanding and achieved in 90 minutes what would have taken me 12 hours. Best money I've spent. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I was able to organize for a technician to come to my home the next day. They turned up at the arranged time, assisted me with a third-party interaction, and offered follow-up support if the third party couldn't fulfill their part in resolving my technical issue. Booking a consultant was easy with on-line confirmation. I was advised the name of the consultant and his arrival time. The consultant solved my storage issues quickly and gave clear explanations. I was 100% happy with the service and will use it again when needed.

Justin arrived on time and attempted to fix the problem with my email which after more than an hour he failed to do. He then gave me a new email address which was all that he was able to do but of course within a short time the same problem occurred so I am out by over two hundred dollars and still have no email

Phil was very capable and sorted out several issues for us on two computers. He went straight to the problems and understood our concerns quickly. We would gladly use him again if the need arises.

Phil didn't muck around. He quickly assessed the situation and gave his recommendations. He set up my computer, prepared my external hard drive and he was correct about his predictions on how my data transfer would go. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the communication by email, text and by the technician, who was on time (and a very pleasant guy to boot), which was great! Will definitely use your service again, if required.

Booking was easy,prompt and helpful with a 2hr arrival time today which was amazing! Urgent problem was fixed in less than 20 mins so I asked Agent to look at a website issue that has been causing access issues for a month despite company website support being unable to fix issue. Issue fixed quickly as well - excellent! Spent remaining time checking computer for Malware issues etc. Overall Excellent service. Great co. to use.
