Good service

Straightforward easy website. I bought the item I wanted and I am very pleased.

Quick and easy purchase via the website with all the details required provided. However, it would be better to have a section where delivery dates and times could be selected and arranged. Also, a section to pay online and in full would be great other than needing a PayPal account, especially as I'm not sure what paying in cash will entail (as I wasn't given somewhere to pay the 10% deposit). The 10% discount was great :)

I was very impressed with the customer service provided by all the staff of this company. Initially there was a delay with delivery but I was kept informed about what was happening and my sofa was delivered by two lovely guys and I am very happy with it.

Worst experience I've ever had. Bought a sofa online at a discounted price but was called days later to say that the discount wasn't applicable because I'd used a credit option and paid a deposit of over 200pounds and that the discount could only be applied to full payment straight away. OK, that's fine but kind of misleading considering it allowed me to check out with no problem or notice that this was the case. Cancelled my order because I figured I would wait a couple of months, reorder if the discount was still available and pay in full at that time. Of course that was before they ignored my messages, my phone calls were never returned, and it's been over a month now that instill have not received my cancellation confirmation or my refund of my deposit and the now 1st months payment that I've made due to them not cancelling the order. I've complained to the credit company and ill be contacting the ombudsman and making a complaint. I'll never order from this company again and at least I won't make the mistake of doing so in the future.

This was an extremely painless experience - finding the sofa of my dreams that actually fit in the space that I have with the colour of choice and recliner for the price paid is amazing - add the discount and I'm a really happy bunny. Now I just have to wait and see if it is as comfortable as it looks. Update - it lasted 3 years before it started fraying, it is VERY comfortable and I’ll keep it as long as I can. Thank God for gaffer tape to hold it together.

Excellent sales service: great communication regarding delivery date and follow up notifications re time window couple days before and follow-up call on day too. Lovely table and chairs, really pleased with them. There was some fittings missing (4xbarrel nuts) but Furco were amazing. Contacted manufacturer who posted out straight away, received the next day, so was really speedy. Would definitely buy from this company again based on this experience.
