A very professional and efficient service. They made the process so easy and the Order of Service booklets were the best I've ever seen and many people commented how nice they were. Price wise they are very reasonable too which helps when you have mounting funeral costs. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and colleagues if they should need this type of service.

Very quick services. All requests for revisions and changes were done within hours (Or mins) Good results at a reasonable price.

What a wonderful service. No hassle easy to just choose a design and supply the text. I asked for poppies as I could not find them in the template designs and Mum loved these and Tim delivered. They looked really good when they arrived. I was absolutely delighted and would certainly use Tim again (hopefully not too soon though). I sent him the text late one night and had the proofs before 8am the next morning.

An efficient and reliable service. We had a few issues but they were sorted quickly and professionally. They added a few personal touches with pictures of flowers and extra photos which was much appreciated. We also received a Book of Remembrance with photos in which was a very pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service: very efficient, flexible and high quality. Tim worked over the bank holidays and the weekend to get our orders of service to us for a tight deadline. He offered the flexibility to make our design idea a reality, even though what we wanted wasn't one of the many standard formats that he offers. Tim responded within hours with the proofs and patiently accepted two or three edits from us, even though sometimes we were correcting our own errors. We would use Tim again without hesitation.

I came across Tim's site quite by accident. I was looking for someone to help design a booklet for the passing of both my parents. I found the site, had a look and took it from there. We had an idea of what we wanted and sent the info over to Tim. He asked a couple of questions and advised as to how many pages were needed etc. Within a couple of hours we had our first preview. It took my breath away. The clarity of the old photos I'd sent were incredible. Once we had agreed all was good, the booklets were sent and they look even better in real life. Even the cost was pretty amazing..... My parents would have loved them. The Remembrance book is a lovely touch too. Thank you Tim, very much.

The funeral director was charging an exorbitant amount for orders of service. My family had a look online and found Tim’s service. Communication was great-Tim was extremely responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The process was very easy, at what was a stressful and difficult time. We chose the style and then sent an email setting out what we wished to be included. Within a short amount of time we got back the proofs. The quality and price of the orders of service was excellent and just what we were looking for. We also got a free Book of Remembrance, which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend. I received great service from Tim, who sent back my proofs within a few hours of my initial order. Our local printers had a minimum order of 40 copies but I only needed 20, which I was able to order here and at about 20% less cost but also included a personalised remembrance book and 10 thank you notes. The product arrived promptly and I'm very pleased with the quality. Thank you Tim!

This service is A-MAZING! Tim has captured exactly what we wanted as we had an extremely short, time sensitive period to get these done. e.g. we needed these in a few days. They were delivered and perfect a whole day before he had advised. Many amendments were made by me and nothing was too much for him to do. I can't say enough about the service at what is a very difficult time in our lives. Saying goodbye to a loved one is never an easy thing, however, when you have services such as Tim's, it makes a huge difference. I needed to make an order of service for my dad's funeral that would be both special and a kind of keepsake, with photos and poems we wrote, plus the words to the hymn etc. I found another company first, and was incredibly confused by their online editing tool that I was meant to use to construct my own design. Tim was incredibly helpful and he simplifies the whole process, removing all the stress of designing the order of service yourself. I called him and he talked me through the process. I placed the order and emailed all the things to be included and which flowers and what kind of embellishment we wanted. Four hours later we had a first proof, 12 pages long- we sent back a list of changes or edits we wanted and Tim made it clear that it was totally fine to go back and forth as much as needed until we were happy with the draft. As it was we only needed that one edit. The next proof, sent only an hour or two later, was perfect, just perfect. The 50, 12 page orders of service shipped the next day, and we received them the following day. The finished product was even better than the pdf had looked. My mum said they are superb, and exceeded even her high expectations. I'm so grateful. Also a lovely touch is the free gift of a boxed book of remembrance, based on the design of your orders. Thank you so much Tim. You have made one part of this sad and stressful process, stress free and strangely quite happy.
