You were so patient, editing unconditionally without question, until I was 100% happy. I was more than happy, I was over the moon with the final design and print. This was the last thing I could do for my mum and you ensured it was totally perfect. Exceptional service, outstanding quality and a super fast delivery! And as if that wasn’t enough, you included a Remembrance Book with photos printed on the front two pages! I had a very specific idea of what I wanted for my Dad's Order of Service, I did what I could on word and then contacted Tim, he completed all the artwork that I wanted added and sent a proof within hours, this was on a Saturday evening, once I approved the proof he got it printed and delivered to me on Tuesday morning. I am absolutely delighted with them and I know that my Dad would approve, I would not have been able to do this without his help, none of the templates that were available on line suited my needs, but Tim did all that I asked and more, he even added more graphics that made them absolutely perfect. I would recommend this service to anyone, it is so quick and easy and a great price too.

The website has a range of excellent template designs to choose from. Tim then tailored the order of service around this design and provided mock-ups for approval and sign-off. The products were promptly despatched and of excellent quality. This service helps to de-stress an emotional time by making one of the many tasks associated with organising a funeral a relatively easy one to manage. I would definitely use them again.

I had seen a funeral programme at a recent funeral and enquired as to who they used? I was considering thrashing out a programme on my desktop but after an initial online discussion with this business I decided to use their services. Their prices were competitive and reasonable with free postage and a reliable courier. Within 5 days of first contact I have the programmes in my possession in plenty of time before the funeral including a free Book of Remembrance. From the minute i began discussing what was needed for my fathers funeral , Tim was very welcoming and took time to understand what i was looking for. After numerous requests and a failed previous order i was nervous , but needn’t have been as Tim was outstanding and different to the others. We discussed various formats over a day or so , each proof tweaked slightly and never once did this seem to be an issue for Tim which was brilliant . Once the final version was signed off , the orders of service were received , via courier which was amazing , and the quality was outstanding . After being let down by the person doing my grandads order of service we were up against time. We created the order of service at 21:00 and by 07:30 in the morning the proof was back to us. We made minor changes due to the priest wanting to add a couple of things but the proof was updated in literal minutes. The communication was fantastic and we were kept well up to date throughout. I cannot thank Tim enough for the time, effort and dedication he took to create the order of service for us. It made a very stressful and anxious time a very easy and stress free time. Your always anxious trusting somebody online especially with something so important but if you need order of service this is 100% your guy! On behalf of our family we cannot thank you enough!
