Communication very good Tim went above and beyond to make my Nans order of service perfect and when I recieved them perfect was not the word and almost brought me to tears.and the surprise remembrance book for free was such a special touch with the photos I'd provided inside I have no words but thankyou. For the price I paid compared to what I'd been quoted elsewhere they are very good quality and so beautiful so sometimes you don't always get what u pay for when you spend more. Outstanding service from Tim and I'm glad I chose him to do the order of service for my grandmother's funeral out of all the other companies I scrolled through. Tim made the whole process so easy and the prints are really lovely. They arrived next day via FedEx and were very reasonably priced. The Book of Remembrance was a lovely touch too. It was all nicely packaged. Thank you Tim for making a difficult time a little easier. Wouldn't hesitate to use you again but hope that's not for a long time.
Excellent service and great product. I highly recommend this company. Tim has really saved the day for me today. I had already designed and ordered my Dad's funeral Order of Service with another company, including paying extra for Express Delivery which said 1-2 business days on the website. Today, the day before we are due to travel to attend the funeral, the tracking on our 'express' parcel is still stating this is at an Evri sorting office. The original company said they can't influence delivery times, only production times, despite what it states on their website and what I had paid for. Thus, I rang Tim at lunchtime today and asked if he could print some Order of Service booklets this afternoon for me to collect, as his business address is an hour's drive away. Tim was very obliging. I Emailed him a copy of my initial design and the photos I used. Within about half an hour he had sent a proof copy and a link to pay for these online. I subsequently drove to his place to collect the printed copies (all boxed up) which look great, are very similar to my design and printed on good quality silk card. Such a relief and thank you Tim!

When someone dies, you discover a world of systems, greed and sometimes in spending lots of money things still go wrong. FuneralOrderofservice.co.uk did everything right for me. He listened to what I wanted, he advised, he corrected, he sent proofs to see if he was getting it right, he was quick, he was kind and generous, he was helpful, he was human. The work meticulous, neat, beautiful..... for me it reflects Tim's generosity of heart! Sadly with my uncle's funeral many things with the bank and the funeral care plan that we used, went horribly wrong..... however Tim reminded me of how people should behave when dealing with those who have suffered a loss........ Excellent service from start to finish. Lots of designs to choose from. After I'd provided the text and photos I received an acknowledgment email advising the draft would be with me in two hours, which it was. Once finalised I received an email confirming printing and delivery date (by one day courier service - included in the price) then further confirmation when my order had been picked up. The price was 40% cheaper than any local printing service. I also received a complimentary remembrance book. Would definitely recommend.
