Tim provided an excellent service from start to finish. Throughout the whole design process he made sure to get the detail exactly right and no change or alteration was too much trouble. He was very polite and patient throughout especially as my computer skills are not the best. Excellent service! Tim arranged to design and then have my granny's funeral order of service sent to a local printers as I needed them ASAP. He designed them for me in less than an hour and only sent a final copy once I was happy with the final design. A brilliant, efficient and caring service! Definitely recommend him very highly. The process was so easy from start to finish and even going back a couple of times to confirm small changes was turned around quickly. We found FOOS via on online search. Tim has been incredibly quick to respond to emails and helpful. Amendments to the order of service were done promptly and once printed, the orders arrived the next day. I judge a business by it's after-sales service. Tim had enhanced a photograph for the order of service and said he would send a full copy. I forgot to chase him up on this and when I eventually did, he sent the photo almost immediately. Bearing in mind that I had already paid, it would have been easy for him to simply not bother. I very rarely give a business top marks as this means that there is no room for improvement. For FOOS, I'm more than happy to give a 5 star review.
