The service that was provided was truly excellent, and the end product, a 12 page booklet, and its design were far superior to what we had envisaged. It was tailored to our exact specifications and turned around in a very short time. Everyone at my dear mothers funeral was impressed and commented on it. When the courier company, at the London branch, let us down, Tim was kind enough to not only try and chase it up, but to then print another set and send them via a different route. He made every effort possible to help rectify the situation. What is more, he was planning not to charge any fees for the second set of prints, until I insisted. My family and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his services.

I had searched many companies’ templates, prices, reviews etc and decided to contact Tim and received a very quick response with assurances and then placed an order the following morning. Upon providing the base template and words, I also asked for a little extra added to the template design with something that very close to my father’s heart. I received the set of proofs to view, and they were beautiful and provided my approval to go to print. Delivery of item was the following day after approving the design. I honestly cannot thank Tim enough and would highly recommend. Once again Tim, thank you.

Tim provides an amazing service. He was very quick to respond to queries during the ordering process, changed tiny details until I was completely happy with the design and the result was beautiful orders of service printed on quality card - many guests at my Mum's funeral commented on how lovely they were. Delivery was super-fast too, and came with a specially printed remembrance book. Tim provided an incredible,compassionate, above and beyond service at a time of much distress and anxiety. Due to the need to take an emergency flight, I gave Tim very little time to produce order of services to take with me on my journey and due to unusual circumstances, I was unable to give him all details required. Nonetheless, Tim was most empathetic and offered helpful advice and ideas to solve issues that occurred. It was clearly evident that his workload was heavy at the time, yet at no point did my detailed changes to the draft, my change of mind, my texting mistakes and my issues alter his pleasant manner, his compassion and his desire to produce a high quality order of service to my specifications. The end product made me gasp with delight as it was EXACTLY how I had envisaged it to be. It was beautiful and clearly designed by a professional who knows his trade and who has much experience in his field. Tim went above and beyond to assist me even when I was abroad. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for him and he served to greatly reduce my anxiety, comfort me in my grief and assist me in producing a beautiful, classy reflection of who my loved one was. I cannot thank him enough!

Tim went above and beyond to personalise my order for my Grandmother. Tim helped to represent my Grandmother in the best way using images and words that I requested, the attention to detail resulted in a perfect design. Tim was very efficient and very prompt with his replies to my emails and I cannot believe that I emailed suggestions on Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning and it is now Thursday afternoon and I have my order here with me now. Very quick, efficient service. I only had to supply the basic information and the family's photographs. Tim did the rest, sending me proofs and amending things very quickly as required. The delivery was faultless and prompt.

I have to leave the only review Tim and his company are worthy of. The website is brilliant, easy to read and follow. After making your purchase Tim makes you feel as if he is your own personal assistant. He is so quick to reply and react to anything you wish. I contacted Tim the week in the run up to Christmas to create the Order of Service for my mums funeral. The turnaround on this was amazing. I ordered on the Tuesday and had my order delivered the next day! The communication from Tim was exceptional and like nothing I have had before when ordering online. The products are of an outstanding quality, I chose one with photos on the back page and even the quality of these was fantastic. Tim Thompson’s approach to arranging and printing the Order of Service for my Mum’ funeral was so supportive and efficient that I don’t think that I could have done it without him. I was a novice and the task seemed great when I was grieving but with his help we had the most beautiful and personal Order of Service that were agreed, printed and delivered within 48 hours. Everyone remarked on their quality, especially in the use of old photos that were enhanced to reflect her whole life. They are a wonderful keepsake and come with a lovely remembrance book that captured everyone’s thoughts on the day of her funeral. This company is simply the best in all respects.

The whole thing was sorted in a matter od a couple of days even thogh it was over the weekend, nothing was too much trouble and they even threw in a free condolences book with the pictures from the order of service included, brilliant , can't fault them.
