It was a daunting experience faced with doing my Brothers order of service for his funeral, I did not have a clue where to start, but on monday after contacting funera order of service,Tim helped me navigate through the process, adding his own little touch like adding the poppy's He sent me the proofs within one hour, I made one little change as requested by my family, he quickly sent me the updated proof and they arrived with me today. They are beautiful and the book of remembrance was also personalised with my brothers picture. They relieved me of the extra pressure at such a difficult and sad time for me. Very professional and would recommend them in a heart beat. ❤️

The whole process was straightforward and having the flexibility to tailor the Order of Service to meet our needs was great. The templates are easy to navigate, no complicated things to make them work, fonts and photos are simple to action and behind all this is Tim, he couldn't have been more helpful or accessible (I'm sure he doesn't sleep😀) Finally, proof email for sign off was so quick and next day delivery was just that and the quality was fantastic. Simply perfect from start to finish I would wholeheartedly recommend Tim and his easy to use service.

Arranging a funeral isn’t something most of us would relish, and an important part of that is arranging the design and printing of the Order of Service. Having found this company with a web search, I was immediately struck with the bespoke nature of designs. I did an online chat with Tim and having asked if certain designs and motifs were possible, Tim couldn’t have been more helpful, even suggesting which design was the most suitable to meet my needs. Having made my order and emailed text and photos, Tim turned it around remarkably quickly got the proofs back me to approve. He was even happy to make last minute changes. I received my batch of printed Order of Service the next day and am really pleased with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending this great company and would certainly use them again. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Their service and product is absolutely superb. I had been playing around with templates for a memorial service I had found on the internet and was getting totally frustrated.Then I came across this company. All I had to do was attach all the words, photographs and the order of the service {in no particular format} to Tim and within hours I had the proofs which looked amazing. Once I gave the go ahead the the Order of Services were delivered on the day of my choice.A great experience and such a relief at a trying time.

We cannot recommend Tim's services enough. With just over 24 hours before the funeral, having been let down by another company, we were desperate and we emailed Tim to ask if he could help us. He was able to design, format and produce the order of service we needed within a few hours of the first email we had sent him. Tim made the whole process easy and stress free. The proofs were emailed back within the hour, on a Sunday evening, any changes and additions were made easily by him and the whole presentation was perfect. Delivery was early and the Orders of Service of excellent quality. We were very pleased not only with the standard of the goods but with the swift way in which Tim dealt with everything - he was excellent. There was also a Book of Remembrance included which was a surprise to us but a lovely addition. Tim made this whole difficult process so much more bearable, he was patient, excellent communication and we cannot fault him at all. My mum passed away on 11th December so the funeral took place on the 29th December. As you can imagine it was a very difficult time. I had decided to let the funeral director arrange the order of service. When the proof arrived it just wasn’t what I wanted and I panicked. I had a sleepless night and got very upset. At 5.44am on Xmas Eve I placed an order with Tim. By 7.54am I received an email with proofs attached! The difficulty was getting them in time for Mum’s funeral. Tim went above and beyond and suggested various options - he was even willing to have someone collect them on Xmas day. My husband collected them from Tim on the 27th - all boxed up and ready. I cried when I looked at them, they were so beautiful. Thank you so much Tim - I can’t recommend you highly enough.
