The quality of the paper is excellent and the service from start to finish was flawless. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Received lots of compliments from friends and family.

Tim is very helpful when you are deciding which order of service you require and applying changes when required. He sends you the template of your design promptly and will rework the template, until you are completely happy with the results. He then prints and posts out the order quickly, so there are no delays.

Tim personally went above and beyond expectations when I emailed for help when using one of the many beautiful templates on the site. After a couple of emails back and forth wr had the most perfect Order of Service for my Dad. It was printed and sent the same day with next working day delivery. Upon delivery a lovely surprise was included. Would 100% recommend this company. Customer service from start to finish is outstanding.

The moment I placed an order, Tim emailed to go over personal details/photo. He sent a proof over within a few hours and took the trouble to add in/adjust to make them perfect for me. From the first phone call to the speedy delivery of my Mum's order of service, Tim was helpful, friendly and professional. His design and the quality of the finished item was excellent. Website easy to use. A nice choice of templates to give you some inspiration. Would recommend for sure. Only downside was the delivery was delayed by one day but acknowledge this was the courier’s fault. Fortunately I had ordered a week before I needed them so not an issue but something to consider when ordering.

Designed my own Order of Service using the advice given on the website. Ordered it on Wednesday Morning and the order arrived the next day just after 8 O'Clock. What a great service. I was very impressed with the communication with the agent. He was professional and sensitive with my requests. Within 3 hours I had a proof emailed to me. I proof read it and I had made a few mistakes which I asked for them to be amended. The agent was emailing me into early evening and was very patient and helpful with my indecisiveness. I changed the photographs a number of times and the agent was sensitive and gave good advice. The order arrived exactly when I was advised it would. Overall the whole experience, of which I was over whelmed and stressed about, was dealt with sensitively and professionally. Once the order arrived I was over joyed with the quality of the product. They were perfect and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much to the agent Tim, who was very helpful, and in my time of grief, made this task somewhat easier to bear.

This is some of the highest level of customer service I've ever experienced and the finalised booklet was to a very high standard. I found myself in a position of having to edit the order of service for my cousin's funeral, as well as finding a good quality printing service, with only 6 days to spare (another printer had let us down). This was at the same time as organising other aspects of the funeral. During a stressful period, with a tight schedule, Tim's level of service was outstanding and I couldn't recommend him enough. Tim worked late nights, and over a weekend, to ensure that the order of service was edited and presented exactly requested. The whole family were more than happy with the final order of service booklet, it was for a very reasonable price and presented to a very high standard. I was also impressed that he did this within 3 days. I can't thank him enough.
