They did an excellent job. There was some issues with the freight company delivering part of the order to the wrong address and also damaging it in the process. They were very responsive and worked diligently to get everything sorted out. A new unit was sent. They kept in contact on a regular basis throughout the process to ensure that I received the items I ordered. Communication is something every company should strive to have and they went above and beyond. Would highly recommend them for any HVAC purchase. Great customer support and service.

I found the entire experience with Mr. Kool to be easy. The unit arrived in great condition with all the necessary parts. The install was very easy and was not difficult at all. My 18k unit turned my Florida workshop into a comfortable workspace. Several of my friends are in the process of adding a/c to their shops based on my experience.

In an age when customer service leaves much to be desired Cool Minisplits does a fantastic job. They made sure when I made my order that I had all the correct parts and have been available anytime I’ve needed any installation help. Very quick response and available seemingly all times of day or night.

The blind covers look really nice and were easy to install. UPS got our addres wrong, but your customer service was diligent to get our order here!!

Cool mini split was awesome, bought the universal unit and it was the cheapest when taking into account no tax. The unit got here with in two weeks. They use a third party freight company, but item arrived in good condition. The staff was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely buy from them again and will recommend them.

I have spent over 2 weeks trying to return a bracket I purchased. I have been told multiple times that they would get back to me. I do not enjoy being lied to and having my time wasted. Update.... They refunded me and apologized. They made it right

Highly recommended, both the product and the retailer. Retailer was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Shipping was on time per their explanation and scheduled delivery was perfect. Everything came packaged neat and tight. I would definitely buy from them again

Customer service was great. I know this is out of their control, but shipping was a nightmare. Shipped on March 28, didn’t get the unit until April 18. I had to go to the freight terminal and pick it up myself or who knows when I would have received it. UPS Freight has ONE guy for all of central Oregon. Suggest using another freight company.

Accessories purchase I recently purchased a line set kit from MRCOOL Minisplit. com. I had a excellent experience. There team was on top of the entire shipment. If I would be able to use them as my on line purchase agent I would.

Very nice experience dealing with this company. Alex was very informative and helped me get back on track with my project. Shipping was fast even though they had some tech issues. Would do business with them again.

After three weeks of asking just one question and even contacting the owner of the business for an answer there is still no answer. The question was that they claim that no special tools are required to install the system. My question was if no special tools are needed then what is the best way to bend the copper tubing to make a 90 degree turn to fit through their elbow fixture of the lineset covering. Bear in mind that if you so much as get a kink in the pipe the warranty is void. My question still goes unanswered but I am led to believe that a real customer service rep is looking into this. This rep also stated that she would look into why I was called at 5:30 in the morning and apologized for that. The rep contacted me 5 days ago and there is no answer in sight to this simple question. Read their on site reviews and you will readily see how very poor that is. At last I got a response but not from Mr Cool but rather another company who sells the lineset cover. After I posted a complaint Alex contacted me and then went through my posts to find my problem. It was Alex who provided the answer and I am thankful for the response telling me that not only can the copper tubing be bent by hand and if it went wrong the warranty would not be voided I was also provided with a you tube video to watch. Great customer service from an individual who went the extra mile. Thank you so much Alex I very much appreciate your work and more importantly your answer

The customer support is fantastic. 24/7! This helped me immensely as we worked on this project during the weekend. Alex from customer support, was super knowledgable and helped me with all sorts of questions related to installation.

The customer support team recognized that I purchased the wrong part for a my mini split system and texted me immediately to quickly change the part and update the purchase transation.

I tip my hat to mrcool and its organization. My experience from placing the order to receiving my units and a small amount of Online technical support I needed was exceptional!!! If anybody discusses needing a mini-split I will definitely tell them mr. Cool is the company to do business with. THANK YOU MRCOOL
