All components were received, system working very good.
Electrical problems with installation. The connectors for the 8 gauge wires are too small. The leads on the electrical line sets are too short from the connector. Electrical leads from the line sets have protection that will not cover the connection.
I searched for a long time to find the best deal on the internet for a Mr Cool system. I needed three units for my home and found the 36 K unit that would accommodate up to four minis. Cool- minisplits website beat everyone on price which made me think it was a sketchy website. But I called and found out that they are very reliable. I made my purchase within 5 minutes, quick and easy. They even split my invoice so that I could pay from two different accounts. Items shipped out quickly and arrived in good condition. I highly recommend this company for purchasing mini splits.

The process was very simple. I already had a good idea of my requirements and the rep on the phone was helpful with confirming that. I have not installed the system yet, but I've studied the installation instructions and made all the measurements. I'm amazed at how straightforward the process is. Should be fun, and I'll save a lot of money.
I was very interested in the DIY portion of the product. It was involved, but I'm fairly handy and found it very doable and everything works fine. You can't beat "free", but somehow a red and pink hat does not exude a "Mr. Cool" kind of vibe.
A good experience with cool mini splits. At first they shipped the wrong air handlers because they were out of the ceiling cassettes even though I had called and asked specifically if in stock and they said yes, but that happens and the warehouse had not updated their inventory. They fixed the problem real quick and got the air handlers I needed and apologized and I was able to get my job done on time. So, worked out great. They were really helpful in everything and had great customer service.
easy to install. had issue with bad breaker but was helped to identify possible areas to investigate and now it runs like a charm. cassette is quite big but looks fine once installed. wish they offered a 120v version of the cassette - would be even easier to install in rooms

I ordered 2 wall units with 16' lines and a unit with a 50' line. I received 3 units with 25' lines. So I have extra communication line coiled up with 2, and had to order a 50' line for the other,

Great DIY HVAC system for someone that is handy with hand tools and wiring. Two things that would help that I didn’t see videos on wiring up a thermostat and fitting up ductwork from old to the new unit. The thermostat wiring took a bit to figure out and my HVAC buddy couldnt figure it out. The duct work is just bending metal but you’ll need a bender and to know what metal to buy (names & sizes) to connect the two. The unit itself was very easy to place and wire up. Been using it for a month now and so far zero issues. I love that I switched from oil.

First time doing this kind of installation and it was very easy. Everything arrived in great shape and the install was easy. The pre charged lines made it possible. I would recommend it, I will be buying another 2 zone for our home.
