I purchased a Mr Cool 18K dual zone mini split system from Cool Minisplits and could not be happier. These days it’s so rare to have a great customer experience. Cool Minisplits immediately sent a confirmation email the same day I ordered online. They were out of one of the line sets but reached out via text to let me know and communicated when it would be in. As promised it arrived even before the said it would. Everything was packaged well and arrived quickly. Thank you for a job well done.

I ordered the split AC unit and it showed up in two separate deliveries a day apart it was packed well and everything showed up in a timely manner

This is a great product. for the first to ever install one it was fairly easy. Youneed to make sure and measure how much line you need so you don't have to order extra. have a good plan of how you want to run your lines before you start. hooking everything up is very simple. You will need an electrician or know how to run electricity from your electrical box to the unit though. If you have questions, it is a long wait time on the phones but well worth the wait. The staff on the phones are very knowledgeable and very courteous. The 3-ton unit with the 4 12k btu air handlers that I got work great on an 1100 square foot home.

Extremely easy to self install. I am recommending to all my friends.

Love the cost efficiency but the thermostats don't work well. So I just control everything with the remote. It was simple to install and worked well with my cabin.

First off we did have a slightly difficult time figuring out which site was the one for the DIY. We did end up having to buy a second set of some of the pieces because we accidentally ordered uncharged ones. But now that we have installed this device I have to say it’s pretty much amazing. The units are basically silent and so customizable. I enjoy that I have the option to use my cell phone as a remote even if I’m not at home. It cools off so well. It’s been such a blessing. Again I’m also not saying anything negative about us getting the wrong part I assume my husband didn’t read quite carefully enough and although it was a costly mistake this heating and cooling system it was well worth a little struggle.

Shipping was incredibly fast. Watch YouTube videos on install and it’s a breeze. Most of it I did by myself. Everyone I dealt with helped right away even through text messages. I would highly recommend. I got the 4 unit 36k btu each room you can freeze.

We researched the best mini split units and Mr. Cool was in the top 3. We went with Mr. Cool because of their unit kits as well as price. What we didn't realize was that the line set (lines from the air register to the main outside unit) choices were lacking. They came in 25 ft and 16 ft. We have an 1800 sq. ft. home, and the line sets that came with the kit (we bought the 4 unit kit) weren't long enough to reach the outside unit, even though we fed them through the attic, etc. We tried EVERYTHING, and finally had to purchase 2 additional line sets that would reach. NOW, we have a ton of extra line and had to get creative to hide it behind the main outside unit. What would be great is to have MORE CHOICES for the line set lengths, not just 25 ft and 16 ft. We also discovered that the lines and the units weren't torqued to the standard specs, and our guy that installed the kit had to torque it to the standard specs. He's an A/C pro, and he did it correctly for us. Just a few things to be aware of before you purchase this kit. Overall, we are happy with the Mr Cool product. The install could've been a nightmare without our friend and A/C pro who did a fantastic job and covered all the bases for us. As well, the performance of these units are EXCELLENT! We have to keep the temp. turned way down or we will freeze. It's a relief to know we are ready for our super hot summers and will be comfortable and cool.

Extremely helpful- even though I didn't purchase from them. The man that I spoke with explained everything to me until he was sure that I understood, and helped me to find the best and fastest way to get what I needed in time. I would definitely recommend!... and not at all "pushy" to sell anything!

Mr. Cool Minisplits representatives were very helpful and professional. They were also proactive to ensure I had what I needed for a clean installation. Once the unit shipped, they followed up to address any questions I may have had. All together an excellent interaction.

Purchasing the mr. Cool 36K unit with three air handlers went smoothly. The only small thing was the line sets were sent with the wrong length but the exchange went very easily and quickly. I installed the unit just in time for our first 90 degree day in Vermont this year. It worked flawlessly and very quietly. I am a retired residential contractor but someone with some ability with their hands could install this system.

I was having difficulty with Mr Cool not returning my calls and I accidentally wrote a bad rating for trustpilot. They did a marvelous job of contacting Mr Cool and getting them to call me back I want to thank Alex and the Gang you guys are the best
