I bought my Mr.Cool mini splits a 2 zone system 30k BTU and it has changed my life. Our house had an old furnace that was fed by oil and not only was it inefficient it was very expensive. It was a very easy process to find the exact breakdown that I wanted for my 2 zone system and the length of the line sets that I wanted. Many websites don't give you more options other than the 25 ft. The delivery was great as well.

Had a great! experience with Cool mini splits, they gave me a $50 amazon gift card for just rerunning my credit card because they did not charge my credit card the first time.

Professional, responsive, and friendly.

The staff and sell reps where great and worked great with me and my special requests. My only problem was that I need extra line sets but the communication lines that come with them are smaller gage wire and don't connect with the pro com lines that come with the gen 4. Also the connecters from the pro com lines and these smaller ones don't connect (both are male fittings) so you have to cut them and use wire nuts or solder them together. Other then that everything great.

The minisplits were delivered as promised and the unit works well. I put in a 36K condenser and 2 air handlers. It took 2 people and a day and half to install.

Great service! Right from the start of The website, to the online consultation with the Mr Cool rep. Delivery was quick and easy to set up. The installation is some work but definitely set up for the DIY’er. The inside heads are amazingly quiet. I would definitely recommend Mr Cool to anyone looking to heat/cool areas in the home and such.

Great group to work with , I had a small issue with a coupler and they helped me out quickly and professionally . I have a few more projects going on and will be using them again .
