I recently purchased the Optimum 600M cold press juicer from Froothie, and while the product initially had an issue (the base unit arrived with scratches), I was incredibly impressed with the way their customer service team handled the situation. Victoria from Froothie responded to my concern promptly and offered an excellent resolution. They arranged for a replacement base unit to be sent immediately and encouraged me to use the current one in the meantime so I wouldn't be without a juicer. To top it off, they also issued a £50 Froothie credit as an apology for the inconvenience. I also appreciated the thoughtful follow-up question about whether the box arrived damaged, which shows their attention to detail and commitment to understanding and addressing potential issues. It’s rare to find companies that handle problems with such efficiency, generosity, and care for their customers. Froothie turned a disappointing moment into a great customer service experience, and I feel confident recommending them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent support.

I’ve been a loyal Froothie customer since 2017 and have always loved the quality of their Optimum G2.3 blender which has served me well for over 7 years. However, my recent experience purchasing replacement jugs has been a significant letdown. Here’s what happened and why I can no longer recommend this company without reservations. On 13 Oct 2024, I ordered a small and a big replacement jug for my blender, expecting the same high-quality service promised on their website (1-2 days delivery with DPD in the UK). After a week with no updates, I emailed them on 18 Oct, only to receive the shipping confirmation a few hours later. The small jug arrived on 21 Oct via Evri, but the big one was missing. After several follow-ups, we were told on 24 Oct that the big jug had gotten lost because it was shipped in a separate box tied together but with no address on that box. When the big jug finally arrived on 1 Nov, the lid was scratched and had hard water stains, the jug looked clearly used. Food particles were stuck to it and a simple wipe down couldn’t remove them. Despite providing photographic evidence, customer service repeatedly dismissed my concerns, claiming the jug was unused and the dirt was “warehouse packaging debris.” They offered a replacement, which I accepted, and also £50 store credit. The 2nd replacement jug arrived on 8 Nov, in the same packaging I sent back. This time, the lid was brand new, but the jug itself was the same used, dirty jug I had returned, with food particles in identical spots as before (again documented with photos). It’s impossible for “warehouse packaging debris” to land on the exact same spots on products. Despite clear evidence, customer service insisted it was never used. At this point, their dismissive attitude was mentally exhausting. On the phone, we were promised a third jug to compare and keep the one we preferred, but this offer disappeared in subsequent emails. Instead, they said they didn’t have it in stock in the UK and they’d check European warehouses and offered £70 store credit, which was no solution for my blender’s missing jug. After more back-and-forth, I requested the £70 as a refund instead of store credit. I didn't hear from them for 6 days, so I asked for an update in email about my refund on 22 Nov. No response to my email and several calls made me open a PayPal case. Only then did I receive my refund on 23 Nov, after weeks of stress, unanswered questions, and inconsistent communication. Throughout this ordeal, customer service was defensive, dismissive, and unhelpful. They insisted on their narrative rather than addressing my concerns. Despite claiming the jug was brand new, they never explained why I received a scratched lid, food-stained jug, or identical dirt spots on two separate deliveries. They also repeatedly misrepresented stock availability on their website and phone calls. For a premium brand this level of service is unacceptable. I wanted to remain loyal to Froothie and even considered upgrading to their most expensive blender and gift this old one with new jugs to a loved one for Christmas. Instead, I’ve lost faith in the brand. It’s frustrating that such an exceptional product is overshadowed by poor customer service. Froothie needs to address these service gaps: timely communication, consistent messaging, respectful handling of customer concerns, and swift resolution of disputes. Finally, the constant trade-up marketing emails and review requests during this unresolved purchase felt tone-deaf and frustrating. Froothie, your blender is great, but your service needs serious improvement. I hope my feedback helps other customers and encourages you to do better.

Had initial problems with the Evolve as was a ex show room version it needed fixed. They replaced with a brand new one. Very good service.
