I bought Optimum 9400 some time ago with 10-year warranty on it. It broke down completely and as they advised, I sent it to the company and was expecting the another one..after few days, I was sent a tracking number with Hermes courier company and when I started tracking it down and each time it showed ‘it’s on way’ and when I contacted the company, i was told that it was lost by the Hermes courier company ..Bernard, company manager personally called me and explained everything in detail and apologised and I was sent a new machine with immediate effect..i am glad that this issue is now resolved therefore I am changing my review for this company..! Thanks a lot

I came to the decision to buy the Optimum 800 after quite a bit of research and after a few uses I have to say it is definitely the best cold press juicer I have ever used. Aside from the new warming function, I am sure I am getting fresh healthy juice every morning by using the vacuum option.

I'm so excited about being able to blend my morning smoothie in a glass jug at last. Not only am I now getting the smoothest of smoothies, but I've no worries about plastic contamination now either. There is also a vacuum function where the air is taken out of the ingredients before blending which makes them last longer, keep their colour and stops them from separating. There is a second jug too which cooks soup, both super smooth ones and chunky ones. We've been virtually living off soup since we got it. Word of warning though, the jugs are heavy, so they may not be suitable for everyone. * I received a blender free of charge in return for my honest opinion.

Purchased the horizontal juicer last week - Optimum 800. I am living alone but like to make bigger quantities of juice so I can enjoy fresh juice every morning. This vacuum juicer made my life so much easier :) Juicing every evening and storing the juice in the vacuum bottle to enjoy fresh in the morning! Excited to try the heating feature next. So far I am impressed. Thanks Froothie team :)

Received my Optimum 600M juicer on Friday. Made delicious juices and also ice cream with it this weekend. So far I am really happy with it because it works well, has a great juice yield and is very compact

Run while you still can! Do not buy from this dishonest company. I was offered a refund ONLY if I removed my honest, poor review!? Paid just short of £250 for two pieces of kitchen equipment, one of which sparked and made a loud bang...and no longer works. Quite afraid to even plug the other one in! Even tried head office in Australia, but the company is seemingly run by one family. Promises of phone calls that never materialised. Contradicting emails and outright dishonesty...not forgetting the dangerous equipment...stay clear!!

I have and use an Optimum 9200A since a few years by now. I never had any issues with the blender. It was a good investment and now I cannot imagine living without my high speed blender. It helped me lead a healthy lifestyle exactly when my health issues required this. ❤️Recommended it to all my friends and recommending it to anyone in need of having a balanced diet. 😊

Our family uses our Optimum 9200A every day. Cannot start my day without a delicious creamy smoothie. It is also awesome for soups, sauces, spreads and grinding nuts. Sooooo powerful! It is also very easy to clean. Love it

Can't believe how terrible this company is for customer service. I placed an order 3 weeks ago, I haven't received it, I have emailed - no response, I have telephoned twice and promised a call back with information re my order. - guess what - nothing. That's what I have got for my payment - nothing !
