The Froothie does an excellent job. Easy to put together/take apart. Easily cleaned....I can't stop using it so it's making me healthy too! 😊

Before you consider buying an Optimum blender you should be aware that Froothie DOES NOT stand behind its 5-year warranty stating . When things go wrong the customer service function is slow to respond or completely unresponsive. When contact is finally made the representative will be keen to apportion blame to the user for mis-operation of the appliance, a power surge, humidity, water damage or an act of God. You will be give two options: OPTION 1 - pay £40 to return the item to be inspected(£15 to return & £25 for inspection) or OPTION 2 - you will offered a credit amount to put towards an ever more expensive blender. Given the insinuation that I had mis-used the machine in someway I did not expect Froothie to be completely honest in inspecting the machine. In addition, Froothie actively encourages you to take OPTION 2, by stating that in the event you take OPTION 1 then OPTION 2 is no longer on the table. My last machine (Optimum G2.3 RRP £599) developed an electrical fault and stopped working after 3 years of what I would consider light use i.e. the bulk prep of smoothies on a Sunday for the working week and the odd chocolate/peanut butter milkshake. The Optimum G2.3 was my second machine. The first was a 9200 it lasted 5 years. There will not be a third.

My blender broke less than a year from purchase. When I contacted Customer Services, I was told my guarantee/ warranty did not cover anything. I was not happy and contacted Customer Services who eventually sent a replacement blade but with no instructions and no tool to insert blade. They sent me a link for me to purchase the tool to fix the blade. I did not think this was fair and contacted Customer Services again, who eventually sent me the tool. I have never received such poor service before! I had a similar blender before I purchased Froothie. I never had any problems for more than 10 yrs and when I did, they replaced the whole thing. I have no confidence and do no believe Froothie is fit for purpose. I would not recommend it because of the terrible customer service

I chose a Froothie because of its compact size, it stands on my work surface and doesn’t take up too much space. I use mine mainly for carrots and ginger which it does very well with. I thought I would use it daily but it is a bit of a faff to clean so I tend to make about 3 days worth at a time. The over sized toothbrush it comes with for cleaning is essential. It comes with 2 beakers, one for the pulp and one for the juice. I don’t usually use these as I find it easier to juice straight into the bottle I’m storing the juice in and I put the pulp in a plastic container to freeze for using in soup. It’s pretty quick and not too noisy.

just bought my second optimum blender, i literary cut apples in half with skin on & pips in & it blend with a bit of water to a juice, love it! i use it every day for a fruit & veg smoothie & for soups & lots of other things, great buy.

This machine saved my wifes life she had throat cancer which blocked her throat your froothie ground the food down so fine, we can feed her by tube into her stomach,thank you for a wonderful machine, Ron foley

No hassle buying the item on line the ittem was just right arrive on time top quality blender no need to Sieve anything just blend and drink perfect it’s a must have blender it has a special place in my kitchen

Froothie claims to be as good as the next leading brand that’s been around for years. The motors are more powerful but power isn’t everything. After owning both I can tell you don’t waste money on a froothie. Spend the extra £100. The other unnamed brand are better made, quieter by a margin and blend better. They also last a lot lot longer. Unnamed brand 10+ years vs Froothie just under 2 years. (Unnamed brand length known based on friends having same model) Note that Froothie firstly tried to get this review removed by offering me a replacement after taking weeks to respond to my initial complaint. Then they tried to get this review removed because I mentioned another well known Unnamed brand in my review made in the USA.

I have used their blenders happily for years and I just bought the Optimum 800 and I like it. It is very easy to clean and the vacuum is great, being a slow juicer the juicer result is delicious, my old juicer was a fast one, quite old. The delivery did not arrive next day but that is ok as it arrived in 48 hours. With all the things that are happening these days a short delay in delivery is understandable. I like this company and definitely I recommend it.

ADDENDUM - After posting the review below, the company have, in fairness, been quick to try and rectify the matter. We have now been sent a tool to change the blades and now have a working unit. It has taken months, but we now have a machine we can use. I would not recommend this company and would never purchase from them again. I purchased the optimum blender. The item only worked for one year, despite citing guarantees and warranties across their website. When contacted, the issue was apparently my fault (the machine was leaking as there was a hole in the jug) despite only using the machine to make smoothies! I kept repeating what we had used the jug for and that it was clearly leaking. I offered to return the jug so that they could see the fault for themselves. They asked a range of questions apportioning blame to me each time. This was laughable as it was during these conversations that they stated that the hole in the jug may have occurred when I moved house. They also said they would offer a small discount if I purchased another jug (the jugs are over £100 each) The jug is clearly faulty, why would I buy another one and more importantly why should I? The goods I purchased were faulty, it was within a year and I have paid for a working machine. There is clearly a hole in the jug, it leaks, I had been using it for less than 12 months and it was no longer usable. As the cost of the equipment is high I would expect better service than this. After two months of wrangling they offered to send me a replacement jug in August. This replacement jug arrived today. It is a jug with a large hole in the bottom ie no cutting/blending mechanism, just the jug. I dont know what they suppose I will do with this, as its not usable. So I have a very expensive machine that I cannot use, with a replacement plastic jug with a large hole in the bottom. I rarely write reviews but wanted others to be aware that the machine is fine when working, but any problems and you are on your own! You would have more consumer rights buying a similar machine eg a vitamix or similar from a retail outlet, as there seems to be more laws governing the sale of goods and replacement of faulty goods. I am sure they will counter this in their right to return/reply but as above is exactly what has happened. I have all of the correspondance sent back and forth and dates of every phone call. Use a more reputable company and dont be fooled by the guarantees they list on their website, they mean nothing. I am over £300 out of pocket now and utterly appalled with them.

Every time this gets removed I’ll be back again and again and again!!! I’ve spent close to £1000 with this company. Once they have your money, the after sales is one of the worst l’ve dealt with. Delivery times are appalling for a U.K based company. If I didn’t need to keep purchasing filter bags for a machine I bought from them, I would never ever use them again period!!!! Do your research and buy from another company, even if they claim there products are better and cheaper for the price. Don’t be fooled. I’ll also be sharing my numerous bad experiences with there customer service on all my socials…..over 130k followers. BIG ❌

Over the years I have had a number of Froothie products…juicers including the 700 range which is now discontinued so I purchased the Evolve. I’ve also had the 9200 and 9200A blenders which are fantastic power blenders and I have also purchased the Evolve Blende - a fantastic machine. Really happy with the products and customer service pre and post sales is excellent. Well packaged products ensures delivery is also very fast. I would recommend Froothie.

I am so impressed with this company. My partner is seriously disabled and I was recommended by his physio to try a Vibrafit. As it was a trial I thought that I would buy a refurbished model, which was about £200 compared to a new one at £400. It arrived quickly but, unfortunately, did not work. This was not the fault of Froothie but their supplier. When I contacted Froothie they immediately agreed to supply a replacement, absolutely no quibble. But now for the really good bit. The replacement machine was a brand new one as they didn’t want me to have a further problem. This is customer service at its very best and they are to be congratulated

I wanted some guidance to buy the best juicer for me and the customer service was very nice to help me and I bought the Julaviex juicer. It is amazing I use it everyday and I love it. THANK YOU GUYS.
