Ok service, disappointed by it arriving damaged and that I got no apology just two jugs in a box, and the jugs are really poor quality.

I original bought my optimum in 2020, use it every day & managed to break my jug ( dropped it on the floor). I contacted Frothie to order a replacement jug & needed some guidance, which I got & more helpful tips! Thank you

I cannot give more than one star. Like others who have given one star I am someone who had a fault with the product (a blender) left a bad review because it was taking weeks to get sorted - and then was blackmailed into removing it before they sent a replacement jug - which was the second one I had to have sent to me. The originally bought jug was leaking from the base. I was blamed for removing the jug whilst still blending - something I have never done. The replacement jug was the 1 litre one. I then had a problem with the 1litre jug because it somehow is incompatible with the blender - despite buying the right model. The fault? The lid lifting off during use. It literally blows off the machine and sprays liquid all over the place. I had to send photos and was told to put less liquid in it - yet it had hardly any in the first place because I blend for just myself. I was made to feel the problem lay with me. It didn’t. They sent me a replacement 1.5 litre jug which took another month to arrive. I was supposed to be happy that they were sending me the larger jug at no extra cost to me. I could only blend by standing next to the blender during that time and holding the lid down. The new one works fine - but it is much too big for my needs.

The best customer support experience I’ve ever had. In error I bought 2 of the same item. I emailed support immediately but past their closing time. By 8.40 the next morning I’d received a reply and acknowledgment of the error. By 19.47 that same evening I’d received the refund into my PayPal account. Absolutely amazed and appreciative of the whole experience from customer support and delivery timeframe.

My blender is 9 years old and copes with everything I put in it. I use it mainly for soups and smoothies. I needed a replacement jug after I dropped the first on a hard floor. I bought online and found the site easy to negotiate and order from. The jug arrived very well packaged and in good time. Very happy.

I am satisfied with with the order procedure, the communication process was good and quick I like the product a lot it is the best blender I have ever used, Is good for grinding Egusi seed, Ogbono seeds, dry crayfish, pepper soup seeds and even blend tomatoes seed to a very smooth paste. I will recommend this blender to anyone especially to my African people. I am happy with this Blender.
