After a first disappointing experience (but not their fault, Fedex lost the parcel), I got a call from the company's director and he went beyonds expectation to make it right. Froothie UK have a good customer service and good products.

I make hummus and peanut butter mostly and the result is fabulous!

This is a powerfull blender, excellent for smoothies, fruit shakes, and is able to handle large amounts. Very good for making flour from dry grains, like buckwheat. Also, the service was amazing!

Don't buy from this store. First thing is that they offer a next day delivery with FedEx and then sending using Hermes 3 day delivery, so order placed on Tuesday arrived on Saturday. Another thing is that juicer that came is used with some grass still on it, no seal on the box and two plastic cups for juice and pulp are broken. Save yourself some time and money and buy from another, trusted store. Btw. Optimum 600m slow juicer is great.

My emails were always answered very promptly and all my issues were resolved. Josiane is so pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend this company. I love the optimum blender I purchased from them. High quality and durable.

I was very impressed with my Froothie 9200 A Optima high speed liquidiser. My only concern was strange bubble holes in the injection moulding sites on the base of the jug. I sent photos with an email to customer support and within 19 hours I had an apologetic response informing me that a new jug was ALREADY on it's way to me, and to keep the original jug! I was more than a bit chuffed with their fabulous response. Great product AND a great company? Absolutely I wrote on fb site too.

I took a lot of time deciding which juicer to buy. I read a lot of reviews and took advice from people who had been juicing for a while. I finally selected a Froothie juicer and I've very glad I did. Its a dream to use, quick, quiet and efficient. Its also very easy to dismantle and clean. I'm very, very pleased with the juicer and the service I received from Froothie.

I Have only had my Froothie blender for 2 weeks but am already very happy with it. I have been busy making my own nut milk (both almond and cashew)both are delicious and make my own breakfast smoothies extra special. Homemade hummus and cashew ricotta are so much nicer than shop bought and The Froothie Optimum G2.3 - Platinum series with induction motor make and it effortless to make. I am looking forward to trying nut butter and soup as my next project. Both Bernard and Josianne were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. All in all a very professional company delivering a quality product. I am very impressed.

Just received my first juicer Optimum H3000, my son and i made orange juice together, i loved it and so did my son but he like bits in his juice and there weren’t any, my machine didn’t come with a pulp control function, is this the case with the new ones, have you taken it away?

I bought the Optimum G2.6 blender few months ago, and I am very happy with it. It is very powerful and I use it every day.

I bought an Evolve blender few months ago, and it is really fantastic. You can make a lot in these glass jugs: healthy smoothies, tasty soups and the best option I really use is the voice command, it is fantastic and very useful, so I don't keep washing my hand to use it, I simply tell her to make my food :)

I bought a blender from Froothie a few years ago. I have had a couple of issues, one most recently and the company were quick to respond and address the issues even after 6 years. As a food writer recipe creator and blogger a high powered blender is an important part of my kit. I recommend this to my clients as a kitchen essential.

I purchased a Froothie Evolve in 2020. This to replace an old simple blender. Wow, what a fantastic product! Glass jugs feel great quality, easy to clean and gives us confidence that there is no plastic (however small) being blended into our food. The vacuum function is a revelation, we had read about it before but seeing is believing. Delicious smoothies that look better, taste better and last longer. The soupmaker works really well, we have tried both chunky and smooth hot soups and both were very good. The voice control I thought was perhaps a bit of a gimmick, but we find we use it a lot. After prepping the blender and placing it on the base, our hands are usually sticky, so to just say a command and the blender starts is great. A super product, cheaper and with more capability than more well know alternative brands. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

The vacuum is amazing, I prepare my juice in the morning and take it with me in the vacuum bottle to drink it in the afternoon. This juicer is very easy to use and clean. Love it..
