I love smoked fish and this is excellent and good value. The package arrived extremely well wrapped, in good condition and on time.

I ordered blue cheese, smoked venison, venison chorizo and local tonic, to be ordered near Christmas. Everything was delivered on time, in natural/bio-degradable cool packaging (including wool, which I hadn't seen before and I order a lot of "green" stuff), with a "heads-up" email near the time. I emailed them to thank them and got a very nice return email suggesting what to use the wool for! The venison was for my son but he said it was delicious. I also enjoyed the tonic but have not had the cheese yet. I would say Fresh Food Express are excellent, attentive and care passionately about their food. The sort of company I love to do business with!

I ordered as a gift for family who used to stay in Angus. I caused a hiccup accidentally which was graciously and promptly amended. There was a delay in delivery which agsin was promptly resolved and the delivery was still perfectly chilled on arrival. These small issues actually strengthen my recommendation because I am assured that customer care is a priority and that problems are addressed. The gift was for Christmas but already the Smokies and the chocolate have been sampled and I am told that the sausages are the best ever tasted. Well done in bringing beautiful artisan produced food to us.

Ordered some amazing tonic water from this company. Order process was fine however, the communication re delivery was excellent. The delivery "window" was large but it arrived within in it. Will order more tonic and other products. The only request would be a smaller delivery window and a text when an hour away.

My sister is very happy with the hamper. It's a Christmas present.

I bought a large amount of Highland Cow mince to make a chilli con carne for a couple of big occasions and it is deliciously flavoursome and truly special! Service outstanding.

We sourced almost our entire recent Burns Night supper from FreshFoodExpress. The Cullen skink using smoked haddock was lovely; the giant haggis would have looked superb if it hadn't burst in the pot (my fault) but still tasted excellent, while the vegetarian option was appreciated by our veggie guest. The tatties were great while the "special vegetables" from the box had oodles of flavour. My home-made beremeal bannocks tasted different and were incredibly easy and went well with the cheeses: as did the fruit chesses that were truly scrumptious. All in all it is difficult to express what a big difference finding FFE has made to our diet! Oh and the packaging and delivery are as good as the food... James
