As per normal exquisite produce! extremely well packed and delivered as requested, i have had orders of various produce now for over a year and honestly never have i had to complain about anything. if you have not tried fresh food express do it now, you will not be disappointed !!

The package was delivered on correct day, well insulated with wool wrap and frozen mini-blocks. The meat was still frozen and in good condition. I ordered a leg and 2 fillets, the latter not yet tried , the leg slow roasted and delicious to taste, very little shrinkage of the meat on the bone, not as greasy as some lamb joints. Only thing could have improved the parcel which was a gift for my daughter was perhaps even cheap leaflet with some cooking ideas. We did trad. steam roast and was beautiful, will try something more exciting next time. Yes! there will be a next time, EXCELLENT

Top quality produce which is difficult to get anywhere else. Service is excellent with continuous updates of progress if needed and delivery is tracked by Royal Mail with notifications of delivery time. I'll have to go now, got a couple of smokies in the pan.

Since day one from our first delivery to our restaurant door it has been a real pleasure to use this very fresh products. The scallops arrived well packaged and fresh and the meat was very clean cut.

The service was excellent, the whole ordering and delivery process was easy and all went to plan. I had a special request relating to one of the items I had ordered. I emailed Jillian at Fresh Food Express to inquire if my request was possible. She emailed straight back and confirmed that it was, which was much appreciated. When the package arrived, the recyclable sheep wool insulation had ensured that the cold items remained cold and the frozen items remained frozen, including the ice packs. Everything was very well packed too. So far, we have sampled the Scottish tablet, which was lovely (we are rationing ourselves to one piece a day as it is very rich) and the beef olives stuffed with white pudding. I cooked these in a casserole in a rich beef stock, with diced onion, celery and carrot, for around three hours and they were absolutely delicious and so tender they almost melted in our mouths.
