Decided to try a wide range of foods for my first order, including six dressed crabs for the freezer. Everything arrived on the selected day, and the quality of the fresh foods is first class. Although my purchase is still in freezer I was very impressed by the odering and delivery service

I was very disappointed with my last purchase. (In the past I have been delighted with everything) Packaging: Far too much sticky tape had been used making it very hard to open and more difficult to recycle. Blackberries had spilled from their boxes and were only any use for jam and not the elegant dessert I had planned. The ice packs had thawed so chilled items weren't cold and the Blue Murder has not lasted as well as before. Fortunately the ones with frozen things were fine. Missing item: I do appreciate that everything isn't available all the time but it would have been helpful to have been warned in advance that the rack of lamb was no longer available as I had planned to cook it that evening so had to rethink a special meal. Quality of Produce: Apart from those mentioned above, I was as usual pleased with the quality of the produce. Love the butter. And the peas and shallots were lovely.

Great quality products and very helpful & attentive service. There was a sight hiccup with the delivery - but how mistakes are dealt with is key to good customer service and I can't fault the service I received.

I bought a lot off seafood. It was stunning the packaging is incredible, I had to put it in the fridge overnight it was still cold and fresh the following day when I unpacked it. The delivery man offered to carry to where ever I wanted. I said I was fine took the box he said "I will get your door for you"
