Beautiful hair!

The colour is dead on, the quality is superior. The extensions arrived so quickly. Clips are also really good quality and hold very well. Looks amazing in, I’m wearing them for my wedding and I’m so excited for my hair trial.

Wundervolle Haare, die Farbe passt so gut zu meiner eigenen haarfarbe, dass es keiner gemerkt hat. Einzig die steckklammer wurde ich noch etwas verbessern so dass es mehr hält. Sehr zufrieden!!!!

The customer service is great. I exchanged with Josie who was able to perfectly advise me to find the ideal colour. You don't wait a day before you get an answer, you have one within half an hour! It's great!

The extensions i got ended up super ratty after a month in a half and the clips in were not secure. They felt beautiful when I received them and the length was amazing wish they lasted longer.

Extensions are poor quality and can get much better from multiple other brands for better value - I just got a good deal on these from a discount but will definitely not be buying from them again. Extremely poor customer service. Didn't deliver the product then tried to charge me an extra £5 to redeliver it. When I asked for a refund as my product hadn't been delivered they then took an extra £5 off the refund amount (which they failed to deliver in the first place due to not inputting the right address). Honestly such petty and ridiculous behaviour from a company. So disappointed.

I ordered my extensions in June 2022 and it is now Feb 2023. I still haven’t received my order nor has my request for a refund been responded to. I have not received any shipping updates or any emails from the company since ordering. I am surprised at this as I found out about the company through a youtube review where the girl had a discount code but as it turns out, the company is clearly scamming people. DO NOT order anything from here.

Still waiting for my extensions … I’d ordered them to wear to a wedding but haven’t come …I ordered on 23.12.22, so a bit of a ridiculous wait … now been told won’t be coming until late March !!

Brilliant! Hair is amazing. Super soft and very good quality. The best! Ultra fast delivery. I ordered color which not mach with my hair. I did replacement and day after I get my new hair. I am really happy with service. Recomend!:)

I have to say the hair extensions are always lovely. This time I have to say I am very disappointed with the customer service from Foxy Locks. I had to pay extra money when delivered to my mum’s as it was a gift and no one told me this and even before purchasing it was not mentioned on it. Customer service did not care just continue to say sorry for it. Not nice when you pay more than £10.00 for delivery.

Horrible customer service! My hair extensions arrived damaged, then the weft on one of the clips came undone within just a few uses! A replacement order should have been sent out at the very minimum!

I have been ordering hair for years from this company. I have all the receipts to prove this. I order hair - iced latte 24 or 26 inch every 6 -8 weeks, because it gets really dry and course. I reached out to the customer service team and they are not helpful at all. Once u make a purchase they do not care and will make you send the hair back, do multiple tests on the hair, then assess the hair, then decide whether your hair deserves replacement or compensation. This process would take several weeks to complete. There must be a better way to address issues. I even asked them to give me a call so we could speak about it, rather than discuss over email, they refused a phone call, telling me you can call us, in the UK. I live in the US. You would think after I spend thousands of dollars with a company that the service would be better. Sadly I will not order again, nor do I recommend.

They are nice quality but the only issue is that whilst I was curling my hair the bottom ends were looking ratty and not curling properly and they don’t sit on my hair properly but the colour coco is beautiful
