Such great quality extensions with good quality clips, no shedding when I brush them. And they arrived in 2 days of ordering. I needed to dye them a bit due to my wacky hair which it took perfectly! Styles great with heat tools. I love them! X
Horrendous company ! Sent me a clip in ponytail which didn’t match my hair so I sent it back - they admit receiving it back however said box was opened so won’t be refunding . I would think the box would need to be opened to check hair colour ! Have stolen over 200£ from me and I have NOTHING to show for it . Disgusting company that have stolen from me ! They also said hair was used - IT DIDNT MATCH MY HAIR I COULD NOT USE IT ! Any excuse to keep my 250£ !!!! THEIFS !!! I did no use the hair as it wasn’t the right colour for me ! Scammers !!

Absolutely beautiful clip in extensions 💕 I have them in platinum blonde and silver fox, and they match perfectly when my hair is freshly tinted silver, and then as it washes out to platinum blonde. Super soft, thick remy human hair that blends beautifully with my own hair. You can see and feel the quality, from the invisible silicone wefts and clip attachments, to the ends of the hair, which are as thick as the 'roots', with no shedding when washing or wearing. I will never buy my extensions from anywhere else ever again!!! I love them! 💕

I pre-ordered some silver fox elegant 20 inch extensions as I hoped I wouldn’t be waiting too long for them to arrive. After a week of waiting I chased this up with foxy locks who responded very quickly to inform me unfortunately they would be longer than expected. I spoke to a girl named Josie to see if I could change them for a slightly different set that were currently in stock, she was very accommodating and helped me find some available in the shade I wanted. She amended my order, gave me a discount and they were shipped that day on next day delivery! She was amazing, so polite and helpful and helped me sort this issue as quickly as she could! Foxy locks are the best hair extensions I have ever bought and the customer service is exceptional!
