Been waiting nearly two weeks for hair extensions which are never gonna come. Had to buy from a different supplier because of incompetence of not being able sort a replacement due to Royal Mail losing my parcel. I wouldn’t have been bothered usually but at this rate my wedding hair is non existent. Appalling service no offer of a refund or replacement. Due to “investigation” absolutely shocking service. I will never buy from you again. Over £400 down the drain. And had to pay even more money so now I’m out of pocket.

Bought my second set of these extensions. Bought my first set over 5 years ago - the quality of those was absolutely amazing. I find the quality and thickness of the new set to be not as good. They are still good extensions just not as good as they used to be. Colour match is still good though

Still have not received my product. Have no gotten and update as to when I will. The website is not great to navigate in order to try a get in touch with someone to help with the arrival of my package. I need this for my wedding and I’m starting to think they’re never coming since it’s been 3 months now. Just wish I was given an update or a way to communicate with the company.

I have been using Foxy Locks extensions for years now. They last the longest and the quality is amazing. I’m not the easiest on my hair/extensions and they hold up very well.

The hair is amazing quality and was a perfect match, made my wedding day so special because I felt so lovely :)

I think the quality has decreased of the extensions… is a shame since i have been using them for years 😞 one of the clips even felt off …

I love the range and the quality of the hair it’s think all the way from the top to the ends. I only ever use foxy locks for my clip ins and my tapes. Delivery is always fast too.

Llevo desde el mes de enero esperando un pedido. No es culpa de Foxylocks sino de aduanas! He pagado a mayores de mi pedido que ya fue caro casi (200€), otros 98€ de aduanas. No merece la pena pedir en Inglaterra desde España. Encima de pagar todo bien caro, lo malo es la espera! Increíble que desde enero 2023, aún esté esperando que me llegue el paquete!! Una vergüenza por parte de la administración española. Que si me piden documentos, que si hay que pagar aduanas, y después de pagar aduanas aún tiene que hacer un control de la mercancía, al ser pelo humano, y estoy esperando la aprobación de mi mercancía, que ha saber todavía si me la aceptan o no! Esto es de vergüenza total! La última vez que pido!!!
