Bought Foxy Locks 18" iced latte clip ins and it is the worst quality hair I have ever laid my eyes on. Don't get me wrong, looked amazing on first use, as soon as this hair was washed it turned into a frizzy, dry, straw like, matted mess. I'm constantly having to brush it to avoid it matting. It feels like synthetic hair. After it was curled for the first time, the bottom of the hair was BLACK like it was burnt, it doesn't take an idiot to realise the bottom of the hair hardly even touches any heat, so this was extremely disappointing. I emailed the customer service team and the response was pathetic like i needed to carry out a list of chores to enable my complaint to be taken seriously. I have only used recommended professional hair care products, which was a massive waste of money because this hair could absolutely not be saved. After reading other reviews I wish I'd have done my research as this seems to be a common theme. Might I add, I have only had this hair since February 4th and here I am writing this god awful review on March 1st. If that doesn't scream RIP OFF I don't know what does.

When I first received them they felt very nice but now that I have worn them they get very knotted and matted looking all the time.
I have never received my order, which I placed on December 30, 2022. Foxy is saying they are trying to determine where my package is, with the courier company. The refuse to refund me and making me wait for 8 weeks to get my money back, but I don't trust it will ever happen.

The colour selection for blondes with this company was better compared to what I was finding on the market. Unfortunately the tape adhesive was too weak, I lost a lot of my extensions (despite them being applied by a full trained hair extentionist). I could not wear my hair done as there were so many gaps. Also the end of the hair gets very knotty, despite using hair extension oil on my hair. Overall, the only positive about these hair extensions is the colour match.
Foxy locks have taken me through every hair colour I’ve ever had, for nearly 10 years. I’ve tried other brands but always come back, you can’t beat them!
I have spent thousands on purchasing hair from this company. It seems after every few wears they would start matting. They all have done the same thing. I am a hairstylist for over 20 years, I know how to properly care for human hair extensions. The fact that these begin to matte after just a few wears, at the same area of the hair, every one I have purchased, tells me this is not human hair. Don’t waste your money!

Clips from extensions have fell off or stopped clipping after only a month of purchase so have had to grip them into my head. Don’t use heat on them much as they are very knotty already even after just brushing. I had gotten in contact shortly after my purchase and was told the extensions are how they are described on the website. Very disappointed since i had paid such a large amount for these extensions even on such little funds i had available to me.

The extensions are the best quality I’ve ever used, soft, luxurious, stunning colours! On top of that, the customer service is 10/10. I ordered a pony tail and due to a technical error it wasn’t actually in stock, they emailed me immediately to apologise for the error and the lady I spoke with went back and forth with me all day as I tried to decide on a suitable swap. Once I decided to swap for clip ins, they were dispatched straight away and arrived by 11am the next morning I couldn’t believe it. I’ve used foxy locks for years, through many colour changes and I honestly believe they get better each set I order! Quality is unmatched in my opinion.
