Brilliant delivery and love the hair extensions. Only issue is the fall out of the volume set I got. A lot of hair is coming out which isn’t what I’ve experienced with the other extensions before.

Unfortunately, although I love the shampoo and conditioner, the curling wand is dangerous. After not even a year, the wand will heat up when ‘Off’ and rattle like something is broken. After raising a complaint about this dangerous device, I get told it’s only three month’s warranty. Will be warning people, not to purchase or use this.

I have used FoxyLocks for years and have loved every set I've purchased. My recent purchase had a slight change of stock, but FoxyLocks had clear communication and did everything they could to ensure my delivery arrived in time for my special event, the customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend the high quality of product and customer service to anyone.

The color was very off much more blonde then expected and the seal on the box was already voided when I received it

I’ve been buying hair extensions from foxy locks for over 6 years, the quality of the hair absolutely shocking now, just bought a new set and after using them 3 times (once with heat) they are already matting and feel much different. Definitely will be the last set I buy

I returned this set because the length wasn't what I had envisioned. I love that they have the tester piece for that reason! I got color matched, and the color was spot on. The return process was made very clear, and when I reached out to make sure I had all my ducks in a row for returning the extensions, Foxylocks responded within 30 seconds and helped me out. I am glad I chose this brand- from what I felt the hair was amazing quality, and I couldn't stop squealing with excitement when I tried the tester weft in my hair! I am sitting on pins and needles waiting for my longer set to come in. I have been waiting years to be able to afford an investment piece like this, and Foxylocks has made it as hassle-free as possible for me. I greatly appreciate them as a company xx

Vandaag heb ik de bestelling van Foxy locks ontvangen ik heb gelijk mijn haren gewassen met de heerlijk ruikende shampoo wat overigens een hele grote fles is ;) ik had ook het haarmasker en de conditioner besteld ook beide heb ik gelijk uit geprobeerd ik vind de producten heerlijk in gebruik en mijn haar is super zacht en glanst . De borstel is echt super met pas gewassen haar echt een aanrader Ik ben blij met mijn producten en kijk er naar uit om snel weer te bestellen blij dat ik foxy locks heb gevonden .

Lovely shampoo and conditioner price is not bad for both high end products works Lovely on my hair the smell is just a clean smell it's not highly perfumed arrives quickly so all in all no complaints from me

Literally the best customer service, very quick and efficient. I've purchased hair extensions twice now and the quality is so so good - I always get compliments when I have them clipped in. The clip is invisible so I can do different hairstyles like ponytails etc. Deffo recommend :)
