Bad customer service and bad experience overall. twice send email to customer service no results no help just waste of time.

Excellent quality

Great hair however the colour doesn’t really match the name. Iced latte was more like platinum blond with a warm hue. I will probably have to add low lights to it.

Me encantan las extensiones esta es la quinta vez que pido, espero que la calidad sea igual que las anteriores aunque las vi diferentes 🙂🙂🙂🙂 pero la paquetería te cobra mucho por los servicios de introducirlo al país. La aduana me costó 2000 mil pesos y los servicios de la paquetería 3000 que en total es el precio de las extensiones, esto no es culpa de la empresa 🙃

Even tho I put the correct address my delivery somehow went to an address I used to live more than a year ago. When no one opened the door they returned the order back to the warehouse. I’ve ordered another one, being advised that I will have my refund for the first one. Since then I have been calling almost every day and this is day 10 they keep saying that my order is still in transit and they cannot return my money back. It is not my fault that they have issue with the delivery company, however I am the one suffering and they just keep telling me to wait. Not ordering from foxy locks anymore.

I ordered the extensions in the Christmas deal and after paying I realised it hadn’t gone through, emailed about this and they’ve amended the price and given me a refund immediately! Orderd these amazing hair extentions for years!! I have shade silverfox and its always so hard finding an ashy shade but these are perfect!! Silky and soft perfect when I curl them .. love love love 🤍🤍

Had to pay over phone as card would not work online ,very helpful service and payment completed quickly. Best bit was receiving hair , as always perfect hair glossy and thick very happy customer, will always be back .
