Excellent brush just right for my elderly mom as its small and light and she has very long thick hair which the brush goes through with ease

I purchased a bottle of Foxy Locks shine spray and after a few uses the spray stated to leak. I reported this after being asked to send a video of the problem and a new spray attachment was sent. This was even worse than the original and resulted in me losing a lot of the product. I reported this once again and offered to send another video but was told I needed to return the product which is not possible for me due to my work commitments. I requested a replacement as I had been told by a representative of the company they had been dealing with issues with this product but was quoted trading standards and the company policy for returning faulty goods. I’ve never experienced this before with online shops and as I was a new customer I was very disappointed. If you use this store I hope your items aren’t faulty….

Sent the wrong item and I still haven’t been sent my original order

The extensions were beyond natural looking when I put them on and blended with my hair seamlessly. They were beyond soft feeling and amazing quality. Easy application that took no more than 5 minutes to put in. Makes my thin hair look so thick and luscious!

I have used this company 3 times now. Previously I was extremely happy with the quality of the clip in extensions for my daughter. However my 3rd set were extremely disappointing compared to the other two. This set was so much thinner looking with whispy ends, not their usual luscious ends. I did contact foxy locks right away. As soon as my daughter clipped them in we knew they were much thinner all throughout. I was asked to weigh them, send pictures etc which I did. They were underweight to which they replied with styling, use etc that can happen, however they hadn't been styled or even brushed yet. I returned them as requested for inspection and they replied to say there was nothing wrong with the quality, that they can be slightly underweight. I explained I knew the difference as I had ordered 2 previous sets and sent photos showing the difference clearly of her with her old set (which are over 6 months old) and her new set in. To which they never commented, or acknowledged. This hair costs a lot of money and considering I was a loyal customer I expected better. So sadly I won't use again in fear of receiving such a poor set, as you have no way of knowing until you open them. Once you open the box you haven't a leg to stand on. Even though it states on their site, if you aren't happy for any reason you can return for a replacement, this is not true. If I were you I would shop with a company willing to listen and recognise when the quality isn't usual and solve the issue. Instead of constantly replying and denying there was anything wrong. The pictures were clear to see and they told me themselves they had weighed lighter. Slightly lighter according to their scales, which apparently is ok. Constantly saying sorry I was unhappy, yet not willing to exchange the product for a better quality set I should have received in the first place.

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received them.. and after paying over 200€ for clip in extensions I then had to pay a further 70€ for customs! And I still don’t even have them 🤦🏼‍♀️ and now I’m scared of the quality reading other reviews.

Delivery was fast customer service was awesome instant responses wasn't an automated system it was an actual person that had actual responses I loved everything about the whole experience the only reason I'm one star less is because I got the platinum blonde in the 22 inch and it's slightly darker than my natural hair I just wish there was a slightly lighter version of the platinum blonde before the foxy White color but otherwise the hair quality so far is really nice I can't wait to style my hair with them

Brought duo shampoo & conditioner makes my hair look blonde and soft only issue I have is the pump on shampoo bottle doesn’t work so have to open lid to get it out
