Not sure why Foxy Locks refuses to use a shipping service that doesn’t have any international tracking once it’s left Europe, especially in this day and age AND ESPECIALLY if the tracking isn’t free and the customer had to pay for $25 CAD if they didn’t want to pay $50-$60 CAD for the only other alternative with DHL. And furthermore the shipping could exceed 3 weeks. It’s not coming from Venus. It shouldn’t cost that much to ship a lightweight package. Last time I checked human hair doesn’t weigh that much. I think FL needs to get with the times in that if they are an e-commerce business they need to have more efficient and customer-focused means of shipping. Their discounts never exceed 25% off, they are closed on weekends so you can’t get any help with your order either. If I didn’t like their product I would def not recommend them to anybody. Don’t forget FL, without your customers, you don’t have a business.

Products are great just a shame that it still came with the foxy locks packaging after asking for a discrete packaging, so has now ruined the surprise

Absolutely amazed by these lovely hair extensions - the quality is great, they feel so comfortable to wear. I was very skeptical about being able to match colour from a photo but they couldn't blend better into my hair - they look so good!! Thoroughly recommend these extensions - game changer!

I have a full thick head of hair and always wanted it long. These extensions are perfect and don’t look too thin or like there isn’t enough hair. It blended perfectly with my hair and at times felt like too much hair!! Also the clips are very high quality- clips to your hair strongly so the extensions don’t fall out but won’t pull or tangle in your hair when you take them out- making removal of even this much hair quick and painless. Will buy from this company again

Very slow delivery process.

Honestly reallllly nice clip ins. I’m very happy w them and they are sooo prettty the ash brown🥹🤎 even when rushing to leave for work I didn’t even have to tease my hair before clipping them in so that’s huge lol. Also they really did improve their quality of the hair I must say, she’s thickkkkk and we love her 🫶🏻

I was recommend Foxy Locks back in 2020 and I’ve never had any issues. I’m on my 5th set of clip ins (I like changing hair colour and I’m too lazy to dye them and like having a variety of different lengths 🤣). If you love something, you buy it in more than one colour and length, right? I always recommend Foxy Locks to my friends, they are absolutely worth it and my confidence just excels when wearing them ☺️. They’re super speedy on replying on insta and delivery!
