I ordered a Medical ID Bracelet for my wife for Christmas. It was very beautiful, but when my wife wore it for a few days, it gave her a rash. We tried it again...same thing. So, I wrote the company ForAllGifts and explained what had happened. They were INCREDIBLE! They showed me 5 different options, recommended I get it in silver and not in the gold plate to avoid the same problem. They did not charge me at all, not for anything.
