Company did a great job. Looked nice. Quick delivery. Here’s what you should know about this product. It is not the size of what you would think of when you think beer stein. It is narrower. But, it’s very heavy. So wider would maybe make it to unwieldy to hold. You decide whether that’s a deal breaker. I would not engrave on both sides. Though they lined it up perfectly. I think it would have been a better presentation to engrave on only one side (plus two sided r graving is understandably an upcharge). We put the beer mug in the freezer to chill before the birthday party. Imagine our friends surprise when he opened the box, found a chilled beer mug, which we immediately filled for him. I would say it was a huge hit. Recommend the item and the company.

I could try to be honest but I'm not a problem with people I am an inspector I do watch how people will spend the extra money to get it sooner and you guys don't do it you guys still have to take another day or she can even longer so they wanted to please him out of that money and they're upset because they're a gift still hasn't come

I loved the quick turnaround of my personalized order. I was a little disappointed that the font wasn't scaled up the way the website led me to believe it would be. The name was smaller than I thought it would be. It still looks good and my son loves it.
