I have 2 of the crystal towers and they are beautiful. I just ordered the 2nd to a friend that lost her cat. They sent the wrong base so my friend took a photo and I sent an email yesterday with the photo to get the correct one. I am sure they will make it correct

Overall the Necklace us great, One suggestion: The font size of the inside heart is too small. Being able to allow for larger fonts would be much more appealing.
