"KUDOS" to the Customer Service (CS) Team! I ordered two sets of Baby Spoons as gifts for newborn twins. Upon receipt, initially, I thought they had not been engraved at all. However, the issue was that the engraving was so faint I had not even noticed it. The Team was quick to respond, listened to my concern and then facilitated darker engraving on replacement spoons. All actions were taken in a timely manner by CS and Erin kept me appraised of the status of the order. I received the new spoons and they a perfect!!!
