The selection offered was decent, checkout was easy and shipping was really quick. I didn't like that the site auto-created a profile for me, otherwise the site was fine. The medical bracelet we selected looks great, and fits well, but one of the pieces dented already and we're not even sure how.

Gift was a for a neighbor who just lost his pet ....... it was a hit !!!

Received the item very promptly and it was just as I had ordered

I received my product much sooner than I expected, so I was happy. The engraving plate and the width of the bracelet was a little smaller than I expected. But the fact that I can pull the bracelet on and off without having to struggle with a clasp, makes my morning routine run so much smoother. I'm also pleased that I was able to add enough lines to input all of my health issues. I would have preferred a smaller size, so the bracelet hangs on my wrist, but it doesn't fall off. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.
