If I could give this site 0 stars I would. Ordered a gift for anniversary on Sunday Oct 13th. paid extra for expedited shipping. On Monday Oct 14th showed order was recieved. Was supposed to be 3-5 days expediated shipping. It is now Oct 24th 2 weeks later and it still has not been delivered. It only shows as in Shipping. Filed a claim because I added the insurance and the product cost $28 plus expediate shipping, insurance, and taxes for a total of a little over $50. They are only wanting to refund me $5. Run do not use this site run.

The item came out so well I'm very impressed I wish I had the option to make it glow in the dark but I'll take care of that part my girl going to love the champagne glasses thanks a lot!
I must say the customer service is outstanding. This is my second time ordering with this company. There was a slight error with my order but the response to my email was immediate and replacements were sent expeditiously. I will definitely be ordering again soon as they proven to be extremely professional and trustworthy!
The customer service was great...extremely polite & respectful & did meet every need requested. Literally! The product was perfect,exactly what I needed & wanted. I needed a medical alert bracelet that opened, so others could see my current Dr & medications. It was also engraved with my name & medical condition. I even showed it at my doctor appointment! It's perfect and they're great!
The font size is small, but my package arrived in a timely manner.

Very nice assortment of gifts for all occasions. VERY quick service and shipping. This was a last minute order for a wedding and I truly didn't think it would be here in time. Came with a couple of days to spare. I wanted it engraved and it looked very nice however when choosing the font, it gave you a list but didn't show what the font would look like. All in all, I am very pleased with the item I received.
