Product quality was just what I was looking for. The shipment wasn't too bad either. The only thing is I could only take one link out and it still partially fit When I took two out, it was to fight. It still twists and my medical ID is on bottom.

5/5. The customer service we received from all gifts.com was beyond exceptional. They always go above and beyond what we ever expect. I’ve ordered 2 personalized prayer journals; 1 for my pastor and 1 for my friend graduating from bible college for prayer ministry/counseling. They will create the design and send you a “proof” for approval. If you like it. They also want to make sure that the delivery date will work and will adjust if need be. We ended up having to expedite the shlpping on my pastor’s. But in the end it all worked out perfectly m. I received it on Saturday and we celebrated my pastors birthday after morning service on Sunday so everything could not have worked out any better than that.

This Lantern was absolutely LOVELY - well crafted and elegant, not rustic. I love rose gold and copper because of the warm color of the metals. Outstanding with the white (free standing or in hanging mode. Purchased as a 40th wedding anniversary gift as I was also an honored attendant. The font and lettering were perfect too! Thank you! I ordered a medical bracelet with a magnetic clasp. While the website, delivery, and appearance of the product were satisfactory, I have one issue with the purchase experience. The magnetic clap comes loose unexpectedly while doing normal daily life things. Pulling a coat on, brushing my wrist against my waist, etc. Still, I like it too much to send it back. I'll guess I'll adjust.
