I enjoy most of the items I purchased and prices are normally pretty reasonable - to dog tags were beautiful but faded quickly with wear as the engraving was not very deep -- wood desk sign I just bought looked big in pics but I ended up using as a gift tag because it was so small - you sent me a $20 off my next purchase which it would not let me use on my next purchase --but I've been buying from this company for about 3 years now so overall mostly satisfied.

Wanted to see if the heart shape necklace picture that was placed in it was kind of light. Wanted them to darken a little more was not able to do. They tried to correct it which was nice of them to try. Other company's say that's all they can do. They offered refund if I did not like it. I keep them for the price was not bad. I ordered this mug as a gift and the receiver is very pleased. I only wish the mug came in a solid black or other color choices. The personalization came out very nicely. That was the main reason that I made the purchase, Offer more color choices in the mug and you have a genuine winner.
