I ordered some items a couple of years ago and they were exactly what I wanted. So, I wanted to order something different for my Brother and Sister who turn 60 this year. The etched whiskey glasses and vase came out very nice and everything arrived on time.

When the original bracelet was received you could not read the inscription. All gifts sent a new bracelet free of charge that was perfect.

Bag was smaller than expected.

A customized gift the guy I got it for loved. And it was all done fairly quick.

I needed help with order and design. Customer service rep, Addy, set up a phone call appointment with me. We went back-and-forth by phone and email several times reviewing and tweaking. She was delightful, helpful, very familiar with the products. My snow globe was shipped the next day, and I received it just a few days after ordering. It’s fantastic and so is she.

The engraving is so tiny, that it is almost unreadable. The band is way too big for my husband and is worthless to him. Throwing it away.
