After 10 years paying my policy I called for service my water filter component,2 guys came and work on my refrigerator all around except the water filter, the head counter said the repair was too spency they Refused to fix it, all l need to fix the Water filter!! Now they promised to call back and never did, time, and time, What a ripp off !!

The technician was knowledgeable, professional and very nice. Unfortunately, he was not able to fix the problem. I needed to replace the dryer vent, so I had to get someone else to do that for a cost of $900 plus. Plus I had to pay the $95 service fee for him to tell me he couldn’t fix the problem.

They provided quick and good service repairing out freezer. They had to order a part, but keep us aware of the status or the order.
