I’m a Realtor who has closed plenty of deals with First American. I went online to obtain a home warranty quote for my client and was pleasantly surprised when I immediately received a phone call after submitting my information. But once I disclosed that I was a Realtor looking on behalf of my client, the representative hung up on me and didn’t give me a call back. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending First American’s Home Warranty Program as I do for their title services. Very disappointed.

It was repaired pretty fast. I was happy and surprised. After the technician left when we used it in the other morning it worked only 2 minutes.

The people I delt with for this issue were great and fast to respond on this issue; they provided the contractor HVAC Wizzard as well. The contractor responded very quickly as well. They did a very professional and timely replacement of both systems. I would recommend both of these companies to anyone. Thank You both for the quick response to the issue.
I do appreciate your help with my washer. It took about a month to get a new washer installed because it could not be fixed. I was very unhappy about the waiting for a long time. I was payed well for the washer.l do thank you so much for the help.

It was a great experience! The associate took my call, pulled up my account and verified current information. After I explained the problem she advised that my account was Assigned to AT Appliance and advised they would be contacting me to set up a date. They st my expectations and it happened.

I am almost 80 yrs old . Was without air conditioning for a MONTH!! JULY. Poor correspondence on why took so long for part. Contractor found corroded and bad coils . You would not approve replacing Old and CORRODED Coils, which you have to know won’t last much longer. I had to stay in home suffering part of time. Had to find 2 different places to stay. Your company would not let the contractor try to get broken part in a timely manner. Please contact me by phone regarding charges for month charges that I HAD NO air at all yet deducted $$!
