Beware customers!! Ebonyline did not guarantee my order to be delivery within 3 days, even though I paid extra for that service. And,they did not credited me back for it. Also, the items on online were out of stock. I was not told until later. I was told I had to wait until 2- 8 days for the items to be backed in stock. Does that make any sense to you?? They made me feel like it was my fault!!
I purchased this for myself as a Christmas gift & received it early January from the company's website. I'm about to order another one. One of my colleagues love this week so much & plans to order as well. I'm ordering another one as backup because I like to have one straight & I'd like to have one curly. Little to no shedding, extremely soft virgin hair!!! That was no smell. And it looks exactly like my natural hair when I get my blowouts. 😍 Luv it!! A colleague also plans to purchase as well. This wig is fantastic quality & very soft hair. LARISSA, one of the customer service staff assistant with my concerns and questions last month. She was great, professional, and prompt to address my concerns! :-)

I ordered the wig Rave in the color 2, and when I received the wig I was so pleased! The customer service was excellent! I dealt with both Larissa and Mahaz, they were both responsive and kept me updated on the transit time of my package. I am getting ready to order another wig due to the product and the customer service, not to leave out the price which was budget friendly. You have won me over!
If there was a minus one I would give it. I ordered a wig the color they advertised on the model. When it arrived i received a different color. I brought this mistake to their attention and they wouldn't exchange it without me paying postage and restocking fee which I still had to pay to return it. They never even acknowledged that it was their mistake! HORRIBLE INHUMANE customer service! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Their recent reply was only to make them look as if they cared. I sent several pix and emails about my problem when it occurred, which were ignored. As I said, NEVER again. Their response is BS, i contacted them several times AND sent pix, all which were ignored.

I advice you not to order from this site. One gets attracted by the large variety of items available and the sales but it's not worth it. I ordered for the first and i don't feel i'll buy again. From the getgo, things were weird. I placed my order and a "fraudulent" text was included in my invoice, which is uncommon since my credit card is the same one I use for all my purchases and other sites accept it without any issue. I wondered what it was so I e-mailed them to know if everything was o.k., they said it was an error. Then sent me an e-mail telling me I had to give them an address or they would cancel my order... which is illogical since you're obviously required to give your address upon registration... Anyways, I did. Then they contacted me YET AGAIN to tell me that like half of my order wasn't on stock, which was clearly their fault since they pretty much set my order aside and didn't do a thing even when they put a hold n my credit card and knew it was not some weird transaction. Nearly two weeks passed for them to do anything to my order and even when they already charged me, they didnt send my bank the receipt so I still have the first hold in my credit card no matter how many times I tell them to fix that. I get a message from a bot telling me my tracking number even when I'm not asking about that so their customer service is useless

I keep trying to track my order but they gave me the wrong order number they are saying my package was delivered in February but that makes absolutely no sense because I just placed my order on Monday April 3, 2023!
