I ordered a 100 percent human hair wig. The wig that I received wasn't human hair at all. They didn't issue me a refund because the wig was taken out of the package. You can't speak to a live person over the phone. I will never order from them again.

Larissa and Zahid provided the absolute worst customer service experience. I ordered 4 items from EbonyOnline. Company did not contact me to let me know 2 of the items were out of stock. I emailed to follow up, and they informed me only 2 out of 4 were available. Got on the chat. Larissa logged me out two times in less than 10 minutes before we could conclude the conversation. On the 3rd login, Zahid got on too and told me to get lost. As a first time customer, the experience was a bummer. Please do better. Rather than luring customers to provide 5-star review for $10.**, maybe it is better to actually provide a decent customer service.
Found a great price for the hair I wanted, unfortunately, I received an email stating it was out of stock. I communicated via email w/Zahid who appeared to be professional and accommodating as I was refunded my money. Will shop here again in the near future!
