I am DONE with ordering wigs from Ebonyline. Almost every single time I purchase from them, there is a problem. First off, they advertise wigs and hair items on their website that are not available. Just to give you one example; I ordered a half wig on 12/16/ 22 and as of 12/24, (eight days later)… I had not heard anything from them. So, I emailed and asked them if they had processed my order and if so may I have a tracking number. They told me that what I had ordered was not in stock. I was astonished, because If I had not of e-mailed, I would of never known. So, then I write back and say - well, I hope I'm getting a refund and asked them about the second item, I ordered. It was 2 days before I received a reply. I think they totally forgot about my order or maybe they threw it aside, I don't know. But Really! I cannot deal with such bad customer service, like I said if I had not inquired, I would have never known and they obviously made no attempt to contact me. I did eventually get everything resolved, however, I would not recommend this company.
I really like this site. I recently discovered it and the wigs I've purchased have come very quickly. They have so many great styles and easy to install options for a wig beginner like me. I also had a great customer experience with Mahaz quickly responding to my questions.
Fast shipping even during the holidays! Daejonna D assisted me by providing shipping information when the delivery company hadn't updated their information.

I had placed an order on Monday and was looking for tracking. I emailed the company and Larissa emailed me back stating the color I want it was out of stock. She offered me alternative color I agreed, and she ensure the process was completed as well as the refund for one of the items. This was exemplary work. I was very happy with the customer service

I love ordering wigs thru Ebonyline.com. It is difficult to find stylish short wigs in beauty stores and other websites. However, Ebonyline.com has a huge selection of wigs. To make it easier when ordering, you can filter by hair length, color, price and etc. Recently, I ordered a wig and Daejonna D sent me an email informing me that my color choice for one of my wigs was no longer available. I was offfered another color or remove the wig from my order. When I emailed my response, it was promptly acknowledge and my order continued with processing. I was very impressed with the level of customer service provided by Ebonyline.com

I ordered hair for crochet braids on 12/4 with shipping that said 3-8 business days. I checked back at the 8 business day mark and had not received any shipping or tracking info. Upon contacting costumer service they stated it could take an additional 3 days for shipping and then I would receive tracking info, but they could not give a delivery date. An appointment was made based upon when the site stated the hair would ship. They referred me to a shipping policy that states they can’t guarantee shipping. If that it is the case, it should state ESTIMATED when the order is placed. That gives the customer knowledge of what to expect. I was told it was due to the holiday but that was not stated on the site either. Also, if a manufacturer is out of a product or whatever is causing the delay, communication should take place so the customer is not affected. At this point I’m penalized for changing an appointment because of this site and lack of communication. They said they could get the product to me in 4 days but I need to pay an additional fee. Why should I have to pay a fee because they didn’t follow through with timing listed on their site? This was my first and last time ordering.

Ebonyline has quickly become a favorite place of mine for unique and affordable wigs. I really love how well-made the synthetic wigs are, too. They aren't itchy and they don't get tangled as much as typical synthetics do. Agent Dae helped me recently, excellent customer service!

Really cute wigs, but took 11 days to get tracking info for shipment and will take another 10 days to get the shipment, or so they say. Customer service is a complete joke.
